Too frustrating. I was trying to find some info about where I could get some enterprise HDD products and I got transferred to laptop, aircon and a customer service point in the Phillipine, who basically just said that they don't have any number in Australia that I can call to enquire, and if I could leave my contact details that they will forward to their marketing dept and that they'd get back to me in min of 1 business day but there's no guarantee at all.
