My wife and I used Topsail Insurance for travel insurance while chartering a bareboat in the Whitsundays, when many other companies won't provide cover for this type of travel. They are easy to deal with and offer a fair priced premium for the assurance of anything going wrong. We will definitely use them again when chartering yachts in the future.

The evaluation process was detailed and covered our needs well, with the result being a comprehensive and competitive insurance cover for another year of sailing in the Mediterranean.
We hope never to need the insurance, and care for our boat as if it is uninsured, but having full cover for a realistic replacement value is reassuring.
In sharp contrast to another company who came back to us with a very tired, basic charter spec boat they found online, and advised that in the event of a claim, that would be considered 'like for like' to our fully optioned-plus, like new, 'owners version' boat, we have confidence that Top Sail will look after us if ever needed.

Annual premiums and coverage provided way better than other insurers we have consulted.
Also very easy to phone discuss the various options and alternatives available, the Team seem very knowledgeable and supportive.
Cannot comment on claims support as we have not needed, however have had quite positive feedback from those who have.
