I brought in a TVR Chimera which hit a snag on route with the change in regulations. The car got held up for over a year. TSI held the car for the year, looked after it, kept pursuing the Gov' Departments and kept me informed throughout. Immensely frustrating for both TSI and myself however they stuck with it and got it through the compliance. Can't recommend TSI highly enough!

Finally found what I wanted. Thanks to Graeme was flexible enough to provide me a test drive given that I just popped up on Friday without booking or appointment. They fixed a minor issues and released the car. On Monday I drove away on a purchased car. All fair and all transparent. Thanks guys, good job.

Great experience with top secret getting my imported car registered for Australia. They made it a mmooth and simple process for me.

I recently imported my Audi from the UK to Australia (as a personal import), through a broker in Brisbane. The vehicle arrived in Sydney, as this was closest port to my Aussie home. The vehicle was transported from the dock to Top Secret Imports, and I then dealt with Jack Sandher and his team from there. Jack arranged the Australian compliance quickly and without hassle. He also provided all advice re: registration of the vehicle, and finally delivered the vehicle on a flat-bed trailer without problem (for a very good price). Nothing but 5 star service all the way through, and would highly recommend Jack and his team for car import / compliance services etc. A great business to deal with. Thanks to all!

I understand the governments complaince system is quite overloaded at the moment causing a back up across the country at every workshop, I was aware of this beforehand.

Terrible experience, was lied to about components installed in my vehicle. Was quoted a price for a more premium product while a cheaper alternative was installed.

Greame and the team helped me all the way with the compliance of my Toyota Crown. Even when there were massive delays, he kept me up to date with what is going on with my car and kept it easy all the way to the pick up of my car. Needless to say, I am very happy with my experience here with all the kind, paitient and wonderful people that are working there and will be coming back in the future if I decide to import another car!

The guys are top secret are top notch genuine people, i dealt with Graeme rencently when imported my rx7, and it was an absolutely flawless experience. Communication was great from day dot, he was transparent and friendly. While Graeme was doing my paper work, he noticed my birthday was coming up and went through extra effort get the car ready on my birthday, it seriously made my week. Can't imagine not coming back to these guys with my next import. Just awesome.
