Harry was awesome and very helpful.
I had issue with my desktop, which stopped working after a loud 'PUFF' sound. Harry fixed this issue for me in couple of hours. His recommendations for future usage and care was very helpful. Definitely coming back whenever I have other issues with my devices.

Harry was very helpful in getting my returns sorted and repairing my computer at an affordable price. The shop has all the facilities like printing, computer repair and mobile phone repair. It’s next to Epping station, must visit for all your computer needs.

Fast and friendly service.iPhone has been driving me nuts for months not charging properly. 15 minutes and all fixed.

Had a refurb laptop good spec.didn't buy it as he was giving only 3 MTH warranty.min. 1 year will be best.

PC wasn't booting at home so I took her in to their shop. Of course it works fine in the shop, but they didn't charge and gave me advice on how to fix it if it was my hard drive, great service.

Great customer service! They were really friendly and was able to get the job done as efficiently as possible. I felt like I was a prioritised customer and they would constantly update me regarding the status of my device.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I went in searching for an SSD screw and they were kind enough to offer some spare screws free of charge.

Rang through last Saturday with an issue with our computer. After getting the quote I got a call on Tuesday saying part is now in (arrived from Victoria). Installed while we waited and our computer is back to its normal working order. We got the best price, fastest service and terrific customer experience. Would highly reccommend.

Unethical, unprofessional.recently, i broke my phone screen at which i consulted this business to help me for repairs and restoration. At first, their negotiated price was very cheap, at which, i took pre-caution, and asked them if the repairs delivered an authentic part as i needed my device to be at its initial functions, as I heavily rely on it for my creative work (photography, graphic design). The staff reassured me that the part was "authentic" and "genuine" and hence i didn't follow up with any other questions.
After 3 weeks of waiting (which was understandable as the part had to be shipped overseas) i was returned the device which was 'functional' until i realized that the screen was indeed not the original product.it was an LCD display rather than an OLED and i realized the colors and tones were off (as trivial as it sounds, i needed these elements for my work). Within the hour, i returned back to the store to ask about the problem,

When i brought up the problem, the staff were
1. Inexperienced, he was shocked when i told him my phone required an OLED screen (there are no other variants of my phone). He then further blamed me for not telling him this detail before, when he should've known this being a repair store.
2. Unprofessional, even when i brought up Australian fair trade laws, he did not compromise or gave me a refund. I negotiated for a reasonable refund of the 80% of the set agreement, but he could only provide me with 60% of the refund.
3. Unethical, he continued to say that the product was "genuine" and then followed with, "its genuine from our provider", when obviously he can tell its not the right product. And after a longer conversation, he revealed that his provider DOES NOT even have the genuine OLED screen.

Even after admitting fault, he didn't provide me a refund and in the end he only gave me a small refund whilst also taking back the screen, making me at a complete loss for a service that didn't do me anything. I'm not angry about my loss of money, but rather the lack of professionalism and transparency from an established shop/ business.

They were so nice, i had no charge on my phone n they let me charge my phonee for free and i went home thru bus easily. They also helped me w any difficulties i had.

Really easy to deal with, was able to fix my PC within 24-hours. Provided a clear breakdown of prices that was easy to understand. Overall great experience and by PC is now working like a charm with some updated parts.

They cleaned out my six year old all-in-one PC and now it runs like new. CPU temps have dropped from 90 Celsius to less than 60. If your PC isn't performing like it used to I recommend checking CPU temp and if they are high get these guys to clean it.

I have had two encounters with these guys. One where they replaced a keyboard on a laptop and one where they sourced a battery for a mobile phone. Both were extremely good. Very professional. For the keyboard they pointed out issues and gave me the chance to make decisions. They offered to re-format and re-install the OS free of charge as part of the deal. For the phone battery they sourced the product quickly and delivered. I am an older Australian male previously a software and infrastructure project manager and programmer for 30 years. These guys were great.
