Top Gear Car Wash Cafe

This was the 2nd time I took my car to have it cleaned. We had our car broken in to and the police had done finger printing so we needed some work done. Sorry I didn't get your name but you'll know who you are the really nice professional guy that served us and kept us updated. He talked through best options and heard our story and said perfectly as long as we were safe when the robbery happened thats all that matters. For someone we just met and to say something that lovely just meant alot to us. We tried to get a cab with baby capsule but the wait was long due to limited services to accommodate a baby so we ended up waiting but were looked after and car was done before the original quoted finish time. The turnout with the car was AMAZING pretty much looked brand new and the interior was taken care of so well made us feel safe again and clean after a dirty person/s had put their hands all over our car. Thank you all for your hard work keep it up and we'll be back for sure. Love your work!

I’d be prepared to pay the right money for a good job, but when they can’t even perform the $30 wash to a reasonable standard, why give them more money.

And don’t be fooled into thinking it’s a cafe by the name.

They snapped off my interior handle above the window and one of my back bag hooks.
Absolutely shocking, didnt realise I could pay someone to break them for me.

Good value for money. They are doing a good job. For standard wash, they cleaning up in and out. Very good. Recommended. I hope they keep this standard.

There is car dealership I bought a Audi Q5 exactly after 2 days on holiday with that’s car start problems with gearbox. They didn’t wants to refund my money. Car stop and revers. Wasn’t safe. They very aggressive and manny had stress. Everyone came to complain them about bad quality car they sold them. They pay back my money with 4000$ Les. Just share this history to tell people don’t go there. Really they are not professional. Poor people. Especially Indian manny. I am sure one day someone fk all of them and burn them business. Because they are lied to me and everyone to get some money. I am sick of them.

Service was "Top Gear" Clean (hand wash + vacuum and wipe over inside)
I was thrilled with the job Top Gear Car Wash Cafe did. My car looked in show room condition and it's 9 years old next month. There were even a couple of scratches above the right front wheel that were gone. Truly a fantastic job!

First time I used this facility. They did a excellant job for the price and very efficient. Helps if the guys love the car. Give them a try great work. They need there cafe going though.

People, these car wash shop is also selling cars and they are dodgy, dodgy and dodgy. I went to check a car and found some noticeable issues in the car and decided not to go ahead. And then the drama started by elderly white guy - saying we are wasting his time for this wonderful car and blaming us for breaking the side glove compartment (when I opened it, found it broken and it wasn't close at at all). Also, he said all doors are working 100% and when we checked, one door wasn't working. The final advice - please avoid the shop to buy car but cleaning car may be ok. Specially don't talk with that white guy - he doesn't know any customer service and didn't learn to accept 'No' when someone refuse to buy. Thanks.

Have been getting my car washed here for a number of years have always been treated well and car always looks great

Poor Customer Service and Bad Attitude from the Manager/Owner.

They can do better but just need to treat people with respect and equality. In my personal opinion, manager has a superiority complex. However other staff know how to do their job and will clean the car accordingly.

WTF car wash. The owner is too lazy like Donkey. Give bad services. I spent 250$ but they forgot to do vaccum. Dont go there even they offer free

Had a $100 wash and hand polish. Superb job. Car was immaculate after. Had a few water spots, they staff fixed immediately. Thanks for a great job.

Very bad car cleaning experience and customer service. Even the owner don't know how to behave with customer. Will never recommend to anyone

I paid 49$ for top wash. They didn’t vacuum properly inside and didn’t wipe properly. Waste my time and money. I took the photos but unable to upload here.

Extremely unhappy with the wash. Dirt and water marks still could be seen after the wash. My carpets were drenched! How and why were my carpets soaking wet. Definitely not going patronize them again.

Paid for a top wash ($49) and the car was barely cleaned inside or outside. A lot of the recent reviews seem reflective of this place.

This is the worst car wash i have ever been very poor service and ugly customer service skills which all comes from car wash manager who has no skills about cars and has ZERO manners! Taking absolutely no responsibility for the job once u drive away. Feel deeply sorry for the people working for him! Stay away u can from this place.
