I have just recently purchased toner from Tonerstop for my Brother DCP 1510. I have been most pleased with the great service, great product and especially the great instructions and tips which are great for someone starting out on the journey of ' refilling ' cartridges. My first experience involved using a genuine empty Brother cartridge, weighing the cartridge and then while still on the scales filling with toner to achieve the required weight of toner and not overfill. On completing the operation my printer accepted the cartridge as a recognised ' member of the family ' and on printing i can say i could not see any difference from a ' genuine ' cartridge. With this very positive experience and the substantial cost saving, what is not to like about being a Tonerstop customer.

Who orders toner at 8.15pm on a Sunday 31st October and expects to receive it on Wednesday the 3rd after the Melbourne Cup public holiday? Me of course.
But.
Order was collected at 420pm from Sydney on Monday 1st November by StarTrack express, scanned in at their depot at 5.40am, put into their van and delivered before noon on Tuesday despite it being a public holiday.
It's quicker than trying to source toner from Melbourne.
Whatever it is that you are doing, keep doing it. Amazing service.

Shipping was ridiculously fast, yes, even with the order being shipped via Australia Post. Ordered at 1.30pm, arrived in Melbourne from Sydney before lunch time. Express post for only $5! Well done Tonerstop. A very happy customer.

I've ordered a number of times from Tonerstop and have never had any issues. Customer service is prompt, emails are answered quickly and phone calls are professional. Tonerstop has gone out of their way to answer any questions I had regarding products or problems with my printer. Orders are usually processed and sent same day or next working day. I recommend Tonerstop for all your laser printer needs. Sometimes its better to talk to the wise and experienced instead of pulling your hair out!

They just want me to buy new bottle of ink even I bought a old bottle in their company four years ago. Do not want answer emails to help me. They dont want to help me to refill their own cartridge. I would not recommend them.

I have been buying toners from tonerstop for years now - maybe 10+. Years These guys are fast and have provided great phone support even on what printer to buy to rplace existing one.

Very happy with the toner refill we ordered. Printing quality has been great and the printer has had no issue recognizing it as a now filled cartridge. We sent an online inquiry for a PDF invoice after getting an error online and we really quickly got a call apologising as it wasn't normal for the website and they really quickly sent it out to us via email. Was great to hear from a person and for them to be very helpful.
Will buy from again.

Great service. Ordered toner on a Tuesday night, had it delivered by 12pm Wednesday. Been using their toner for years and haven't had a problem. Toner comes with detailed refill instructions (including how to reset the toner cartridge print count) and a couple of Fantails:)
