Tommy Gun's Macquarie Barbershop

I literally travel from Liverpool to get my haircut here. Eye for detail is superb, they never trying to rush you out for next customer and it is a very relaxing environment. Was worried when my usual barber left but they all are just a professional as eachother, and Daniel looked after me and did a 10/10 job and took his time to make it perfect.

I had booked in with Ethan today and was met with exceptional service. He gave me exactly what I asked for and was very friendly throughout the process. Would definitely recommend!

I've been to Tommy's a few times, started out being something I loved to do for a nice relaxing experience to not wanting to ever go back.
The last time, I asked for a haircut, beard trim & shave, as well as an "beard treatment" (. The haircut was fine, but the beard trim and shave left much to be desired. It was rushed, not relaxing at all, the barber didn't seem to care about providing a relaxing experience at all. The "ultimate beard treatment" is supposed to include a "beard scrub, wash, oil & balm", I only got the scrub and was then told we were done.

I forgot the name of the lady who cut my hair. But she was amazing, helped me decide which length should I go for. I was really happy after the cut. Will go back again

Extremely friendly and very modern and great organisation. Overall did a great job cutting and suggesting ways to style.

The haircut and beard trim was done exactly the way I wanted.

Unprofessional. They train their employees on their clients! I got multiple cuts and dry skin flakes after getting a face shave there. Also expensive. I’m not happy with the service I got.

Aaron & Lukasz are both class acts and my primary barbers now. Been going here for a year now and it’s never dreaded, rather something I look forward to.

Had the best looking and most enjoyable hair cutting experience with Connie, who has ensured I’m looking my sharpest overseas. I’ll definitely be returning!

Changing my rating after a few experiences that the store should work on.

The staff are pushed to upsell products to the point of being overbearing.

Last few times have been by inexperienced people who seem thrown in the deep end.

The lady didn’t see to bother about what (hair cut) I wanted. She just did what ever she wanted to in 10mins and expected me to be happy with it. Def not worth 38bucks! I wouldn’t go back here! 2stars because the hair cut was ok to some extent.

My 5 year old hated having his haircut, that was until we went to Tommy Gun’s at Macquarie Centre. Lucas was fantastic, gentle, patient and made the experience fun, so much so that my son was asking to have his haircut again the next day. Highly recommend these group of talented individuals!

Asked the barber repeatedly to keep the same hairstyle and only shorten the length, he proceeds to cut the hair shorter than requested and leaves one side shorter than the other. All this while being charged $45 when it was supposed to be $38

I don't usually leave reviews but she asked and I have been looking for someone like Connie for a long time. Satisfied is an understatement. Amazing. She is going to be my go to now.

Connie did a fantastic job taking a dodgy haircut I got elsewhere and turning it into a professional cut ready for work. Atmosphere was great, would highly recommend.

Connie was extremely thorough and attentive to detail. I was really impressed with how considerate and east to work with she was. I really look forward to coming back to get my next cut here!

Been a regular here. However as of late it's poor time management, waiting +1hr past the appointment time and gave up and went back to my other errands.

TLDR; if you want a haircut from here forget about about your plans for the rest of the day or shift them by 2 or so hours

Edit: he’s no longer my boyfriend but I remember the people here were very helpful to him and I’ve even been here for a touch up and found the experience good:)
