Worst moving experience, I have had to deal with. Poor communication and can't even own up to being lazy when it comes to organising things.

Have moved many times through toll. My biggest problem at the moment, have a move going through them and can not get anyone on the line, you call it says press whatever number needed and the he phone line drops out! I tried 6 different ways. It should not be “toll transitions” but “toll unreliable! ”

Worse customer service/experience and doesn’t provide correct information.

I contact 3 times and was provided with completely different information.

If you missed your package, forget about, you’ll never get it and customer service can’t help

Vodafone need to stop using this company for their deliveries because customer doesn’t receive their item

Seriously, you leave a "sorry we missed you" card okay all good wasnt home, but to find out i have 2 drive over an hr to a deport to pick it up, is Redicoulous! So try calling on hold for over an hr just to get it re-delvered and sittijg around all day waiting!

This is the worst transport service I have ever had. DO NOT TAKE DELIVERY WITH TOLL (E. G. IKEA). I had to call 4 times and they still can't figure out how to plan their deliveries.
