16I started my selection process with them, but from the beginning, very unfriendly treatment. They talk to you very rudely. After agreeing to send certain documents, I had to communicate with my consultant (Thi) (which was impossible) and I got an email from another consultant (named Maria) who had previously written to me from the same agency, to which she responds very very rude that where I had gotten her email, that she was not my consultant, and I should not have contact with her. What kind of people work there? Yes, I need to get a job, but if that's the way it is with the selection process, I can't imagine what it will be like to join the company

Worked a full 5 day week with overtime sunday, got payed for 3 days and a Saturday which i didn't work, have called payroll everyday for 3 weeks to fix this issue and no one picks up the phone so slack! Ive called toll people on many occasions and have emailed payroll and still nothing at all, employees pay issues are the least of there concern there happy to wait for you to give up trying so they can keep your money worst agency ive worked for in 16years in warehousing industry.
Not professional. They call me and said congratulations you got a job and start next week. So I quit my previous job because I got a job from them that close to my new house. But after I quit from my previous job and ask them to confirm about the starting time tomorrow and suddenly they said they dont have any position available tomorrow probably next week. But until now I never heard anything from them. Thanks I’m jobless until now because of you guys
Being a casual worker may not mean much. But that leaves no excuse for feeling insignificant after calling to cancel a shift, for personal reasons. Many staff have called but to cancel within an hour of their shift have felt the same. Staff have woken up for a morning shift, called feeling unwell and the same thing. Genuine or not, during extensive lockdowns especially, Toll People must be more understanding.
The worst customer service 0/10, wont even pick up their phones, always on hold for 20-30+ minutes
I've been employed with TOLL PEOPLE for almost five years now. They won't make you a full time permanent. They won't offer you jobs unless you constantly call them asking for work. The receptionist at the Olympic Park facility never answers the phone. They don't have a representative come to site or call you to see how the job is going. They don't tell you if you have a shift until a couple hours before the start time. They don't tell you how long your shift will be, could be 3 hours or could be 10.
I've been registered with this company for one month and it's been a complete waste of time. From start to finish the whole process has been unorganised and I had to constantly phone them and request basic things that they should be doing. E.g. I was asked to do an online assessment prior to the interview and they emphasised how important this stage was. It took me 7 phone calls and one week to receive this test (which was after the interview) and they also failed to send me the email with the office address and interview details which they said they would.
Also, for the past 3 weeks I've attempted to call my consultant Satya only to be told he is in a meeting and he will call me back. He never does.
I've worked in recruitment myself and know how busy it can be but this is just unprofessional and bordering on incompetent.
I had the worst experience with this company.the website says the parcel has been delivered but it's been two weeks after it and I'm still waiting and no one answers the phone
If you're a looker, congratulations, you will most likely get somewhere in this company, or, get recognized by one of their clients. Even if you have the computer skills, people skills, warehousing skills and organizational skills of someone who has lived their entire lives as part of an islolationaist clan on some remote island, but still have the looks, your good.
As for the everyone else, (hard working, driven, enthusiastic, intelligent and diligent but not good looking), tough luck.
Being corrupt and "behind kissing" are also two very essential skills to have if you want to succeed and be granted a permanent position for them or their clients. The less self dignity you have the better. For those of us who are humble, kind and have a good moral compass, it's time to change your ways because being a good person is now out of fashion.
This agency think they selected best candidate for the business, the fact is fkin bul sht, they only look at the apperance, not skills

Toll will tell you we need you for 5 days a week but you can only get 1-2 days a week. They'are people that have been with them since 2017 till now they don't get full-time or permanment position. No matter how hard you wordk your Performance doesn't matters to them. But team leaders are great but no enough shifts.
Pathetic is the only way to describe this so called employment agency Toll People. I have been signed up since April and i have not had one call. I have phoned at least 25 times to speak to either Riccardo or Michael they are never at there desk, my info is taken and Iam told they will call me but guess what they NEVER do.sadly one star is the lowest i can go PATHETIC
One of the worst staff to deal with. I applied for a job I had worked for this recruitment agency before when the Male staff were there but when the female took over the recruitment everything just destabilized and the company started to go broke and keeps on moving its locations. I have a good driving history good criminal history and good reference but my application was unsuccessful. I was not informed of my application being unsuccessful. I kept calling after a month and no one would answer and says we will take down your details and call you. And they never called me therefore I called them and found out my application had been unsuccessful. I had declined offers from other jobs thinking I will get a job with toll people but never did and made a lose both ways.
I got a call from another Indian company and said toll people had given us your number and said you are looking for work. And I'm like what I never ask them to give my number to other people. And then I started getting more Indians to call me and said you can come and work for us at toll minchinbury that's our base and you will be working there most of the time.
I worked for these people on off a couple of times. The first time was ok but lately they are terrible. DO YOU want to be on standby for 4 hr shifts at Woolworths with 400 other drivers on their books. Do you want to be harassed and bullied at their work sites. Do you want to see the corrupt dirtbags at work like the ugly Baldy Allocator at WW who gives you 8 hrs work a week but his dumbass mates 60 hrs. If the answer is NO then don’t work for Toll People they don’t understand the meaning of PEOPLE
DONT WORK FOR THESE SCUMS. The worse company you could work for, toll will decrease your pay and not tell you why. F***k Toll
