5Was home all day, they still left a "Sorry we missed you" card, it's just stupid. Why even offer a service if you have no intention of providing it.
Never get your parcel sent via toll. They won’t deliver it to the address if it’s “too big” for them. No point of paying for house delivery when you’re expected to pick it up instead.
If you want something absolutely positively lost, then to have no one return your call, these are your guys. Every time we have had things sent through them, it has gone missing and they will not give out the number of the depot. Every single time. Have they actually ever got anything to anyone in any kind of a timely manner ever? It's outright thievery. They take your package and do what with it? The few items we have managed to retrieve have involved us driving to the depot and demanding. The whole process seems to involve waiting a couple of weeks then driving the 50ks to their depot and threatening a law suit before they begrudgingly hand over your battered goods.
Fantastic service, we had an engine delivered and they were so helpful. Arrived on time and put it where we wanted. I couldn’t ask for more.

Paid amazon express overnight delivery. On my 4th day no package in sight. My parcel has been in town since last night. Don't know why, couldnt give me an answer on the phone useless. Dont use amazon express shipping, it goes through these guys.
