Very happy with everything the young girl at reception was very helpful and friendly nothing was to much trouble well done and thank you.
It was ok, got my parcel with a minimum of fuss and it wasn't damaged much just the big solid box was a bit squished which I thought was Interesting as it's a solid box and not easy to squish.
Spoke to a lovely lady who was very helpful with organising a re-delivery as we weren't home at time of delivery. Fast, friendly and prompt
TNT got every single entry on the card incorrect and trying to sort the comedy of errors out over the phone was painfully time consuming
