My parcel was sent interstate overnight via the tnt service and it went to wrong distribution centre. It was an urgent part for broken down vehicle. I had to arrange other costly fixes and I still don't have my parts. When I asked for the parcel to be redirected they wanted me to pay again. Also would not give any refund due to their mistake. Very poor service

I've purchased goods through eBay and i had no choice to choose the company to deliver it. I paid top dollar for a door to door delivery and now i have to go to a news agency to collect the goods.
Never again.
If ihad used Australian post at least to collect it i only need to walk 500m but this one 4km.

The service are getting worse and more expensive.

Lets see the reply of fedex / tnt.

***BEWARE FEDEX INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS & PRIORITY IS A SCAM DESIGNED TO STEAL YOUR MONEY*** Dont bother sending Fedex Express international and paying hundreds of dollars like me $700 US / $1000 AUD (including insurance for $5000 US) for a quick 3 day service from USA to Australia to return my mobile phone & tablet that was forgotten behind in the USA on my return to AUS.

Not delivering my parcel will be a very expensive $6000 mistake by fedex once i lodge my claim for the insured amount of $5000 plus $1000 shipping fee.

The Parcel arrived in Australia 3 days after sent from USA but now it's 2 weeks later & the parcel hasnt moved or been scanned. It just sits there in BOTANY or MATRIVILLE at fedex doing nothing.

Wake up people. A quick or expedited fedex service doesnt exist at fedex international. And, I was told they will return the parcel to the USA in a text msg sent to me if i dont cooperate and do as they say.

Their so called internal fedex 'Customs' told me they can delay any international parcel for 10-30 days or more and quarantine it, for no reason. They dont care you paid fedex $1000 for the fastest service possible from USA to AUSTRALIA.

Best to just send all parcels by your country's normal post office & save hundreds and thousands of dollars in donations to fedex.

BTW Dont bother to call Fedex about ur 'delayed' international parcel as all calls for 'clearance' & 'customs' delays are answered in the Phillipines & Malaysia and they know nothing about your parcel that you dont already know from tracking info/ history.

Fedex 'clearance' & 'customs' in Malaysia & the Phillipines will tell lie after lie in order to get you off the phone. They even lie & tell u that your parcel is with Australian Border Security & its the government holding up ur parcel.

I called Australian Border security & they dont have the parcel. Australian border security only have parcels for Australia post delivery NOT Fedex because fedex has their own internal customs/customs broker.

So be prepared for fedex employees to lie to you, cheat you & steal your money and possibly ur parcel too because they have to.in order to cover up their bumbling scanning & delivery services. Its their job to lie for fedex. Telling LIES to screw with you & ur mind to cover up not delivering parcels!

Dont waste ur time with fedex as the fedex system is designed to send you crazy, enrage you & make you angry.

BTW Fedex's Internal Customs broker is NOT located where the parcel is. BIG SURPRISE! Parcel is in Sydney for delivery and fedex customs broker is in Perth WA. How can he /she do anything? He/she cant. Its all smoke & mirrors.

I predict fedex international will go BANKRUPT. Its a given. Just read the reviews world wide. The writing is on the wall internationally for fedex as fedex cant provide the same service internationally as they do in the USA. That is a fact.

Remember you cant rely on Fedex or anything Fedex employees tell you.its all just LIES designed TO SCAM YOU OUT OF HUNDREDS & THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS of non-existent EXPRESS & PROIORITY services outside USA

Thank you Fedex Canada for helping me this week to get my parcel in Australia.

After complaining to higher management in North America, the resolution was I had to pick it up from the Fedex depot to get it ASAP and 3 days after it was overdue to be delivered to my home. A 3 day turn-around delivery service turned into a 10 day pick up at fedex depot in Sydney.

I think paying the equivalent of $720 Aud was ridiculous for such a poor service for transporting a laptop.

I chose fedex to send the laptop that i forgot behind in north america because of fedex's excellence in reliability & promptness in North America. But have now learnt Fedex Australia is not the same service as in North America.

For me, i wont bother using Fedex Express international ever again to Australia.

The facts:

The parcel arrived in Sydney in 2 days from North America but didnt move for days & over a week here in Sydney, Australia. It just sat there at fedex depot doing nothing.

Proof positive a quick or expedited service doesnt exist at Australia fedex international. This is disappointing because Fedex in North America is a wonderful service from my experience.

For fedex international in Australia i was told their so called internal fedex 'Customs' will delay any parcel for 10-30 days or more, and can place your parcel in quarantine for 30 days for no reason.

Also fedex australia told me if i did not cooperate and do as i was told in the text msg i received from them, then they would return my parcel.

In the future, for me i think it is just best to send all parcels to Australia via your own country's normal post office & save hundreds and thousands of dollars in donations to Australia fedex international.

Pls remember from my experience this week, dont bother calling Australia Fedex international about ur international parcel as all calls for clearance & customs delays are answered in the Phillipines & Malaysia and they know nothing about your parcel that you dont already know from tracking info/ history.

Also remember from my experience this week, Australia Fedex clearance & customs will tell lie after lie in order to get you off the phone. They even lie & tell u that its Australia Border Security that is holding up ur parcel which is a lie. I called Australian border security and they did not have my parcel as they advised they only handle parcels delivered by Australia Post not Fedex.

The worst thing in my experience this week is Australia Fedex international employees telling lies after lies to me. It made me feel like a fool for trusting them in the first place. It was very disappointing.

Its also disappointing that Fedex Express service in Australia is a non-existent service and does not function in the same efficient manner as in USA & Canada.

Again, Fedex North America (USA & CANADA) is not the same as Australia Fedex because Fedex North America provides wonderful service!

Fedex Australia needs to do alot better and fix not only their attitude & work ethic but fix their internal issues and problems as they are harming the Fedex name internationally and in general.

If it were possible to award a rating less than a star, I assure you that Fedex would be the undeserving recipient. An encounter with this so-called courier service has left me in a situation no customer should ever experience.

The saga started with an imperative shipment being dispatched from overseas. Despite being situated within a mere kilometer of the Botany hub, Fedex managed to reduce this logistic dream to a nightmare.

The supposed "service" provided was startling in its lack of professionalism. The driver, in a display of disregard for protocol, left the package without obtaining a signature or even taking an image of the drop-off point, defying standard delivery procedures.

A more disheartening revelation followed - the audacious claim by the driver that the package was signed for, contradicting the reality of the situation. A glaring lie, meant to shirk responsibility for what was, without a doubt, a failure on their part.

In hopes of resolving the issue, I initiated a week-long investigation. Alas, this pursuit of justice turned out to be a futile exercise, marred by communication black holes and passing the buck. Fedex HQ, despite being looped in, was still waiting for an update from their own Botany Station, highlighting an internal disconnect that's truly unnerving.

Through this entire ordeal, the lack of ownership from Fedex is both apparent and appalling. Instead of providing solutions, they seem to excel in pointing fingers elsewhere, fostering a culture of irresponsibility and indifference.

In the light of these regrettable experiences, my advice to potential users is to exercise caution. My personal experience has taught me that entrusting Fedex with important deliveries is akin to playing Russian roulette - the outcome is uncertain and potentially disastrous.

We will never use Fedex again. I vehemently advise everyone to steer clear of this company that masquerades as a courier service. It's more than just a disappointing experience; it's a frustrating mockery of what a delivery service should be. If reliability, transparency, and accountability mean anything to you, you would be wise to avoid the Fedex fallacy.

Horrible experience. We've been tracking our delivery from overseas for very important legal documents. The delivery came in at 8: 44am in the morning, they said they knocked and left. Who would in their right mind deliver to an office at 8: 44 and think that this is the normal thing to do? Normal office hours are 9 - 5. We also left a phone number for the delivery and no one called.

We then called the customer service line listed, the call is routed to some other country with people who have no idea what is going on.

This is not fedEX this is fedSLOW! They said they need to get back to us in 2 hours, then after 2 hours we called they said again in 2 hours, until it is 3pm, they are still saying 2 hours, these people have no concept of what time it is in Australia either!

Fed ex just did a great job, I have a concert today, and need to go by 1pm, so I have talk to the customer service about it, and today the package just come before 10am without any damage. Great job everyone!

Really really bad experience.
The driver always said couldn't reached me (the funny thing is i always in my apartment but they not calling me or leave me message so i can go downstairs). DO THEY THINK I NEED TO STAY 24 HOURS AT THE FRONT TO WAIT THE DRIVER UNTIL COME WITH MY PARCEL?
Then the track it says "card left" but then checked my mailbox there was nothing there and it's been 4times like this. Everyday i have to call the customer service and every single time they answered it in different situation.
Then i called again on friday, i said i want to self pick-up on Monday (they said yes i can pick up and they already tell to the office), It took 1 hour for me to go there, and suprisingly my parcel is not there, they said my parcel still with thw driver because they had miss communication then i have to wait until 2 more hours or come back tomorrow. It so stressful and frustating with this situation.

Was sent a package from the office and apparently they tried to deliver on two separate days. Both days I was home as I work from there and both days nobody knocked on the door nor did I have a “we missed you” slip. So I had to drive to the depot myself to pick up the package. Just plain lazy and disrespectful to clients who I’m sure paid a mint to have packages delivered by this organisation. Surprisingly, Australia Post would have done a far better job.

Best service ever. Got my unicorn delivered on time and without a single scratch. Way better than TNT and DHL who lost a very rare item I ordered (a photo of Nick (reviewer below) where he isn't crying like a baby about everything). Should have used a pigeon instead.

My parcel was not deliver on the date requested. The link to manage delivery is not working according to the customer service. They change the date of delivery still not received. In the end they send a message to pick in depot. Very much disappointed, I lost 2 days of work waiting for delivery.

I went to send some items overseas, Ruby from the office helped me every step of he way using the FedEx app. She was very helpful and polite, made the whole process easy to ship.
