I wouldn’t even give this lot 1 star if I could, if you do t use at least 1 Star you can’t make a review. I purchased a. Item from a large international company, but t t federal unandera lost my package, their system said it was s an Ed back I to their warehouse, but they could find it after the that! They stated on my enquire that “ I was not their/a customer! & as such they have no requirement to compensate me for the loss &/or delay” from the supplier to redo my unreceived package! Great professional attitude! NOT! & pathetic Customerservice, & response, I’ll be checking with any supplier that they aren’t using tnt/fedex after this, I’ll even pay more to get another courier!

Such a rigmarole to go through when you miss a delivery. The phone service is appalling, instead of dealing with your depot or a centralised service point, you’re sent through to an international call centre where the agent is programmed to say “I understand” after every statement. God forbid you have to come face to face with the warehouse guys. What a miserable bunch of staff they are.

Overnight delivery, still waiting for delivery two weeks later.
No help from the TNT service centre. Hours spent on the phone and all I get from TNT BULL S. T

Horrible experience! I sent one very important document through them and it didn't get delivered yet. Been a month now. For second set of documents I used DHL and it reached the destination within a week. Customer service is so poor that sometimes they are get angry and tell me 'sir what can we do, not in our hand'. Now everything is in Gods hand like if he works for their customer care department.

I was required to isolate due to having Covid.
My package was returned because they couldn't wait until I could legally leave my house.
Extremely poor service.
Use someone else.

Package supposed to have been delivered was sitting in the lounge next to front door no delivery was made tracking info states item delivered that’s the end of the matter as far as this mob TNT/FedEx agent, is concerned so have done my money. This lot are a bunch of cowboys, check who is shipping your goods and avoid this lot.

Have waited 3 days for tnt to pick up a parcel for delivery. Phoned on Monday but have not had any communication or contact until today, Wednesday 3: 42pm

Didnt even come to my door, i was home in my front loungeroom, as was my dog who never misses anyone coming up the side path. Get a text saying sorry we missed you now i have to collect from depot, no one even showed up, so how did i miss it? Lazy delivery drivers

We had some goods sent from the UK to Shell Cove, NSW. FedEx shipped the products to us in 5 days and they arrived safely. Communication was excellent with regular tracking updates sent by sms and email. The delivery driver from the Unanderrra Depo called me in the morning to tell me what time he was coming and as i was out at that time gave me instructions as i wanted the item left in a safe place. Very good customer service.

Got there trying to find a lost parcel as telephone support was next to useless. Reception was completely unmanned, no one in sight anywhere. Luckily another customer arrived who found a horn button somewhere along the warehouse wall. Eventually a reluctant staff member emerged and served the other customer. He was about to slam the door when I got his attention. To his credit he did find my parcel. All in all, in my experience they are anything but the "People Network".

I have had a terrible experience with this shipping company.
My freight was originally scheduled for delivery on the 30th Dec, the date was changed to the 11th Jan without any communication to me as of why or how.

On the 11th i proceeded to take the day off work to be home all day with once again no updates and no delivery. Utterly terrible communication. Finally on the 12th i get a message saying my fright is onboard for delivery so i take a half day off to be home. After waiting around all day until 5pm i call TNT for them to let me know the local depot is understaffed and that there was some 'error' and my delivery was never on board. (Which i was never told) and it would be onboard the next day (The 13th which is today). Subsequently i have heard nothing and just want to say i would not recommend this shipping company to anyone ever.

Very very disappointed.

Terrible. Goods sit in depot for days. No one contacts you, and it's impossible to call a human being. Automated responses say someone will call then they don't. Finally you go to the depot to pick up the thing TNT seem incapable of putting on a van to your house and they walk around for 10 minutes before finding it. This isn't a one off experience. I've had two other very similar experiences with TNT, who are laughably calling themselves'the people network'.

Damaged my TV in transit, wouldn't compensate for THE DAMAGE THEY INCURRED because there was no insurance selected from the supplier.

My package was taken to a Tnt branch 30 mins from where i live after i specifically ticked the box for it to be left in a safe place, im unable to get my parcel at all now as they as closed before i finish work, i tried to arrange soemthing over the phone with the depo but after a horrible 10 min chat, apparently there is nothing they can do. Appauling customer service, i recommend hiring new staff

The staff member that i was talking to over the phone was very unhelpful and to be honest a bit rude, would not redeliver my package but i can not make it on time to pick it up due to work.they would not come up with a solution to my problem and pretty much told me that it was my problem.

These guys are the worst of people to deal with. So called manager of this depot will abuse you and make accusations. He sounds like a 50 year old but act like those annoying school kids. Have a massive fit when you hang up on him as i cant listen to his whining excuses and blaming on his call centre stuff. Very rude and arrogant.
To top it all off, they have lost two of our bags that came from melbourne.

Nothing but a joke, they sent my parcel up north of Sydney 2 hours rather then down south to Wollongong to then realise that is not where i live. It has been nothing but a joke of undeliverable and a delay for a week now, due to ridiculous reasons
