TLH Recruitment is a professional Event Organisation, which helps you get started to work in the hospitality industry around Sydney. It is perfect as a second job, because work is normally offered 1-2 times a week. The salary is very good as well.

Extremely poor management I am never given a set time yet you expect me to show up ready to work whatever hours you give me on spot. There are definitely better agencies with people who are respectful and more considerate of you and your time. Don’t work with tlh!

Just spoke to a lady named Ven Ben Ken Sen Ten or something sounding much like this, she couldn’t speak clearly.

I asked for details and more information about a job posted on seek. She wasn’t unable to help me she was pretty clear that I must take myself online and not to bother her or her recruitment staff. I wanted to make an impression and deliver my resumé to someone I’ve spoken with. I’ve always been a believer that no one is a number and no one deserves to be pigeon holed. I asked if I could be passed on to a more knowledgeable consultant or if I could find myself in a better position to talk and it was disregarded, ignored and blatantly dodged. The policy on restrictions, vaccinations and covid nonsenses was also a driving force for her and presumably the small business as well. Unfortunately, they have driven me to make this review and I will endeavour to make sure we all know the standards this small business has against wider Australia and for the small guy looking for work and a job just exactly how they treat these people. Extremely unfair, extremely difficult, no way to have a human interaction and a real pain in the backside!

During my first week she was very helpful in responding to Amy query I had about the role, so I had a better understanding of what to expect going forward. Always helpful over the phone. I've been working with TLH for a couple of weeks now and I am happy. They're responsive and professional.

Took a couple week's to be contacted by the agency but once I got the call to start work I haven't had a day off since I'd started.
Was given a courtesy call at the end of my first day to see how it went and asked if I was happy with the work.
Next day was rostered for the rest of the year.
Was nice and assuring that I had continuous employment for the rest of the year.
