Been going to see Pat for years, but when i started my own account i filled it out at Charmhaven store as i had just moved there to live. After an incident at the Charmhaven store i tried to transfer my account to West Gosford and started getting the bulk of my stuff from Pat again at West Gosford as his customer service can not be faulted.

Went there today to get another $200 of stock for the car and picked up an Easter present from Pat, but when leaving went to give the "Manager" a card as there new camera's where not installed right only for him to keep walking and tell me "My card means nothing here as my account was submitted elsewhere"

To say i was horrified was an understatement. Don't think i will be back again: (

5 stars for Pat otherwise i would have given 1 star as 0 does not count.

Update: After contacting TLE management I received the following appology after I was advised they would call me to appologise.

You misinterpreted our interaction yesterday afternoon. I was in a hurry for an appointment and no time to chat. My haste had nothing specifically to do with you what so ever.

You have placed a review which is incorrect, inaccurate as well as provided a quote from me in adverted commas that simply not occur. The result is you have offended me all the staff here.

Please have it removed and advise me when done.
