Great place to play squash! Owner is lovely to everybody and very accommodating. I visit every weekend and I'm always greeted with a smile.

I wanted to look in on a class to see if it suited me I would’ve needed 5 minutes at most but was told it’d cost $15 to go past the same door he took me past an hour earlier? Basically I wanted to test drive a car before I bought it. It left me confused as the guy seemed really nice and the place although looking old on the outside is surprisingly well maintained given its appearance from outside. It’s too close to home not to join and is well priced $100 a month or $247 for 3 months.
I only hope the class I want suits me.

Highly recommend TLC to anyone looking for a fun and casual setting to play squash with your friends and have a coffee + chat afterwards. The owner is always very friendly and helpful as well.

Squash courts always well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Always events to join and links to contact other players for a hit. Facilities excellent.

Great place to go for a workout or game of squash. Enough equipment so you are not waiting around and a great range of classes. Friendly, helpful staff who are always there with words of encouragement. Forget your big impersonal chains, TLC will treat you like one of the family!

Great friendly staff and decent equipment in the gym. Not many people there which leaves you free to use most of the weights at any time.

I have been members of fitness first and anytime fitness and I found the lighting and noise too harsh and the staff were very impersonal unless you booked regular personal training sessions. This gym has softer lights and the members I have met are pretty laid back. It's not crazy busy at the times I visit and the best part about the gym are the staff. Always friendly, knew me by name the second time I was at they gym. (And they did not even have my photo on record then) and always happy to answer questions or just have a chat. They also have squash courts you can hire and can even bring a friend for a casual rate. It is always staffed when open so no concerns around safety. Only drawback for some might be the opening times on weekends are shorter but since I usually have plans on weekends not a big drawback.

Nice friendly staff. I love my Pilates teacher Tracey. She is the nicest intructor you could find in the whole Australia!

Old rundown gym. Mainly use the squash courts which are usable. However court/raquet hire is little more expensive than other places I've been
