I have been sick for 6 weeks started with covid and turned into emonia then last Sunday we lost our father who spent 3 weeks in palliative care in Liverpool hospital where cancer ate him to the bone
So early in the week I had to get the house ready for my dads wake but my entertainment area car port curved bbq area and front awning all needed pressure cleaning
So I rang Trent to come around to give me quote not only was he here in 15 minutes we chatted while he quoted I told Trent why I needed the work done and I needed it completed before the 5th January
Tears formed in my eyes and it clearly upset Trent after he finished the quote I asked how much now your not going to believe this but it is true he looked me in the eye and said I don't want to make any money on this job I'll do it for cost of materials only
I didn't know what to say I was dunfounded I said no I can't let you do that he replied take it it's Christmas and you have to much on your plate
Today Saturday 23rd December not only did you clean all my areas he them processed to clean my driveway all areas now look blank spanking new
When he finished Trent sat down with me and had a beer

Absolutely brilliant and highly recommend TLC Exterior Services. I had my outdoor concrete area cleaned by TLC. It was looking dull and was stained quite bad in certain areas. The concrete has come up like new and I couldn’t be happier. Trent is very professional and explained the upkeep to me too and also for my driveway. Sept 2023 we required a clean of our roof to remove lichen. Trent came, inspected the roof, explained the treatment required and gave a competitive Quote for the work which we accepted and fixed a time and date. Trent arrived on time to carry out the work taking pictures before and after the treatments.he advised he would call back in a week or so to check how the treatment was working which he did.we are very pleased with his work and would highly recommend his services, since doing the roof we have employed Trent to clean the gable ends and gutters both excellent results with pictures before and after Highly recommended

I sent some photos to Trent for a quote on a clean for my eaves. He was very responsive and informative and booked me in the next day. He arrived early, he was very efficient with his work and he did a fantastic job! My eaves came up looking brand new. Great price. Awesome quality of work. I highly recommend.

I organised a quote with photos taken of the job and then booked an exterior facade, roof and gutter clean with Trent but after rescheduling twice at short notice he cancelled on the morning just hours before he was due to arrive, saying the job was too dangerous. Nothing had changed about the job or task and there were options for safe access from the back that he had not enquired about before cancelling. I would not recommend.

My driveway and path had been cleaned with a gurney before, but no way came up as good as when Trent did it with the high-pressure washer.
