TK Maxx reviews
53 Good place for clothes shopping when things are on sale.
Excellent customer service.
Not as cheap as TJ Maxx in the USA but there were some good finds. I’ve to comment the store was neat and tidy so you can find the right sizes easily.
Great price and lots of nice pieces from well known brands and you will find great variety to buy Christmas gifts and even birthday presents
Love it
Went today and I found out that the “brands” are not originals! All made in China, 80-90% polyester and I asked the ladies at the counter to explain why they say they are originals and they didn’t know what to answer to me!
Got served for a return by a tall man with piercings all over his face and it was the most rudest customer service i’ve ever had in my life. He was silent and aggressive when i was telling him about my return and didn’t say a word then chucked me my receipt after i put my card details.i walked away and he screamed like an animal “come back here rn i’m not done” in front of everyone at the counters. Disgusting service, i’ve never been treated like that EVER in a store. He should NOT be working there. Never shopping at ur store again. I’m horrified
Have shopped in TKMAXX in London so felt this one was pretty basic. Good cosmetics and some ranges of clothing. Would visit occasionally.
Great products, good prices and very capable and pleasant ladies at the checkout, recommend to all.
Its amazing store you can buy things for birthdays and christmas too I reccommend it to anyone and the staff are very friendly
I usually love tk maxx however have been left disappointed after I purchased a diffuser, got home to find that there’s no power supply in the box.obviously not their fault but it’s just irritating when it means the item I’ve purchased is now useless until I get an exchange.
Other than that most of the staff are lovely, as well as quick and efficient
Loving the new Halloween displays, lots of pumpkins, including light up glass mosaic ones, cute and scary signs, fake books?
I love shopping at TK Max it looks like the shop is closed for sometime. Not sure if this is permanent.
What a great little/big store, truly.
And wow the prices and the savings were so impressive.
There is plenty of different brands, and with different ranges, and of course different styles, and varying degrees of different prices to choose from.
The staff were helpful and polite without being in your face over helpful.
The store itself is new and very well laid out.
From my personal opinion it is the best use of this space in Campbelltown Mall so far.
Obviously Target's way better which is a mistake closing 2 years ago that already has Kmart, and I feel that TK Maxx should've stayed at Marketfair. Other than that, I have never been to TK Maxx stores and its the first time, so I find this naturally boring and a poor quality.
This shop looks like an op shop from the minute you walk in. Really poorly organised and unappealing.
Like all outlets, overrated with XS and XXL items in abundance. Look had to find an item that fits and that is half decent.
Such a big please, very easy to walk between all clothes and more space. To mach Variety off clothes.
Chill festival starting here from 01st July to 15th July for winter amusement during school vacation
Store is extremely untidy & not well thought out. Staff serving customers at the counter wearing the hood of their hoodies on their head, with zero interest in customer service. Good mens clothing range, if your partner wears Volcom, Hurley, Rip Curl etc
Excellent quality products at very reasonable prices.
Bought a 50 cm Samsonite carry on bag, weight is 1.7 kgs and accommodate more than normal 55 cm bag
Absolutely rude, immature, discriminating and disgusting experience from this shop. Received no service in the counter. I approached one of the ladies in the counter at the end (blonde lady with ponytail) when she called for the next waiting customer. While I approach the counter, next thing I know she went to fix the clothes hangers at the back and totally ignored me. Then she saw one of her friends at the queue waiting, started chatting with her and then called & served her instead, still ignoring me. Unbelievable! You need to train your staff that discrimination and racisim is not acceptable when it comes to customer service and please hire people who are polite and respectful with people regardless of their gender, race and racial background. Take that from someone who has more than 20 years of customer service experience.
