Dropped the car off at 0800 and got a call at 1300 same day saying that the price of the job was going to be $100 more than our agreed quote. If I didn't agree I could come and get my car. Let's just say I took my car and they didn't get the job. Day wasted.

Could not be happier with the guys at Sutherland. They took the time to explain everything to me about the various tint options. They made me feel very informed and comfortable with my decision. I went with ceramic tint - noticed the difference right away! Have already told my whole family to get it done haha

I got this company to install tints on my car, Unfortunately there was some bubbles on the passenger side window due to them not thoroughly cleaning the window before install the tint. I rang them wondering if I could pop over for them to have a look and maybe replace it. I had arrived and he wanted me to return another time for a new install on that one window, but I wanted him to do it then as I was already there and had gone there for other issues, But he wouldn’t do it he wanted me to rebook for anther time and day. I wasn’t happy so he said he would refund and remove all the tints whilst I wait. I accepted, The thing is by the time he removed all the tints and refunded me he could of re-tinted that one window.

The service was very professional and very helpful. The install went smoothly and I'm very happy with the result.

The guys at tint a car were super knowledgeable and informative, they wanted me to get a good price and actually avoided steering me towards a more expensive tint as it wasn't necessary for my situation, very fast service and super helpful and competent, the tint came out awesome too and now I don't have to boil inside my car on those hot days, I highly recommend them!:) :)
