Timezone Rouse Hill - Arcade Games, Laser Tag, Kids Birthday Party Venue

Caitlin is a lovely host. She took care of kids right from the beginning. Kids had so much fun playing games. Only one thing downside was the party room, it was so congested.

I recently hosted a birthday party for my child at Timezone Rouse Hill, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by our party host, Jackson.

Timezone Rouse Hill is a vibrant and spacious entertainment centre that caters to all age groups. The variety of games and attractions available kept the kids engaged and excited throughout the entire party. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and the atmosphere was lively.

Party Host - Jackson:
Our party host, Jackson, truly went above and beyond to ensure that the celebration was a memorable one. Throughout the party, Jackson was attentive to our needs and was quick to address any concerns. His commitment to providing excellent customer service did not go unnoticed.

Overall Experience:
Our experience at Timezone Rouse Hill was fantastic and enjoyable experience for both kids and parents. But management really need to consider giving additional party room time for a fee or increase party room time more than 45 minutes because at the end it was a rush for the guests and us. That was the only issue I had with the venue.

But I highly recommend Timezone Rouse Hill for parties, and if you have the opportunity to have Jackson as your host, you're in for a treat! Thank you, Timezone Rouse Hill, and a big shoutout to Jackson for making our celebration memorable.

We had an amazing birthday party experience today at Timezone Rouse Hill. Their staff are very cooperative. Our party coordinator Fatima did a great job in keeping the kids entertained in different games and Laser tag. She had been quite helpful with party room arrangements. Thanks.

Today, we hosted my brother’s birthday party. All the children loved it and Ben was a fantastic host. He was very patient and a great host. Next I have my cousin’s birthday who wants to have it at Timezone due to the wonderful host and amazing atmosphere. Thank you to Ben and all the team.

We had my 8 year old daughter's birthday with them. We highly recommend Timezone Rouse Hill for having a birthday party for kids as the venue itself has positive vibes to entertain kids and most of all, Caitlin, our host, had dedication and good hospitality mindset to make the birthday party extra special by trying to accommodate our requests as much as she could within the given time constraint.

Had my daughter Eshani 10th birthday today … but it wasn’t a smooth experience. Kids didn’t get chance to play laser tag as it was out of order. Then we can’t see our allocated host when we mostly needed and need to go around all the time to find one. Also I ask your team member is it safe to store our gift and it won’t get mixed up. They assured it won’t but at the end our gift went to other party and we had to spend more time someone to go and find it for us. Over all very poor management and this is all valid thing which I said to your team members and they apologised about it

This place was so fun! I can't get over how amazing their line up was, their prizes are fantastic and I love the staff's energy! A few of managers have been so kind to me and my family when we have questions of issues with the machines on the rare occasion. Chloe is so kind, and my daughter loves seeing her when we come in:)

Marc service was outstanding. He host a birthday Party for my son. He was engaged with the kids. We have so much fun. He really make the party even more better. I really appreciate and thank you Marc for your wonderful service. You are Awesome. Thank you again

Not enough staff on the floor (well from out of the staff room anyway). Waited st front of line for over 5 mins to be served while 4 people were served from the reward redeeming side. Machines take your money and then don’t work, so every time that happens you have to line back up again and wait for assistance because there are no staff floating the floor to make sure games are working.

Mario Cart driving races don’t work properly, they go to auto accelerate and the steering selection to choose your character and race never work.

Auto machine for cards didn’t work. I was charged but cards didn’t dispense. First worker came out and said I can’t use the machine for that and I needed to get them from the front desk. I had to explain 3 times that that you can use them to buy new cards before she went and got the manager who then took another 5 mins to sort it out without any apologies.

Sophia was very helpful from start to finish and tries to entertain each of our guest as much as she can The only complain is that the room assigned to us is small and its hard to fit all our guest. Other than that, timezone rousehill did a good job in making my daughters party a good memorable one.

Love the vibe! Had some issues with my card, but the manager on duty chloe was super helpful!

Timezone + 10yo boys for birthday party = perfect. Ananya was great at keeping the rowdy group entertained and saved the day with a lighter for the candles.

Every time you go here, you never know what you're gonna get. With the 1 hour cards, no matter what games you play, you'll only get around 300 - 500 tickets, and all the good prizes cost about 1400+. To actually get tickets, you need one of the cards that store real money, but the prices the machines charge to play, the amounts of tickets games give you, and the prices for the prizes are rip offs. With the 1 hour cards, you can't even save your tickets for your next visit, as every time they reload the cards, all the previous tickets get removed.

Most of the time, they don't even fix some of the games that are broken. Some of the workers can be narcissistic, self-centred jerks as well. During my visit at the time of typing this review, I asked one of the workers if they can rearrange the prizes on the claw machine, but they gave me one of the most stupidest responses ever.

The response in question was that "they can't rearrange the prizes, because they just did a few seconds ago". That didn't even make any sense. Also, the claw machines are so rigged, that it gets to the point where if one person wins, the others may feel sad or angry that they didn't get anything. They don't want you to have a good time, they want your self esteem to be ruined. This place is only good for the first few times you visit, but after that, it's not worth it anymore.

Our host is Leo, very friendly and supportive, the kids are having a great time here. The place is new and clean, too. Highly recommended.
