Time Rite Removals

After a previous experience with a removal company in Sydney I was a bit apprehensive but Ben and the team were amazing to deal with from first contact to final contact.
Very responsive and professional. I highly recommend the TimeRite team!

My wife and I used Timerite to move our 3 bedder between two houses in Newcastle NSW.

We found Benny and Wade to be professional, efficient, friendly and they did a great job. Very happy with this service and would recommend to my friends and family.

Ben and his fabulous team were so helpful and accommodating nothing was too much trouble and although we had some challenges with large fridge and tiny stairs the guys went out of their way to figure it out with professionalism and humor

Have just finalized a move with these amazing people. Everyone on the team is so friendly, efficient and hard working. Nothing is a trouble to any of them and their work is exemplary. I would recommend Time Rite any day, they are an excellent firm and fairly priced.

Ben and his team are absolutely outstanding.
We have used Timerite Removals several times now and it is always a seamless process.
Hassle and stress free, we have employed them for a full pack and move job and the Timerite team looked after everything.
Supplied the boxes, packed our things with care in a quick timeframe.
Nothing was damaged and any requests I had made were never an issue for them.
It takes a lot of trust when moving your home as you have a lot of things and valued items, don’t look past this company.
I cannot recommend them high enough.

Had everything in storage for months with timerite, in their container. Paid a premium price to have it moved interstate and was under the impression the container would be coming up at the price I paid. Find a truck that had crammed my possessions into it, not my container I had my items stored in. I could've had another company empty the container and bring it interstate for half the cost and Ben has the audacity to say he was doing me a favour? Constantly telling us we called him dodgy meanwhile the guys emptying the truck (that were from another company) didn't realise how much I had actually paid and said it would've been cheaper to go through them directly. My items were damaged, had screws missing, things that were taped up came out untaped, I am still trying to find things.
As far as I'm concerned my items should never have been moved from that container without me present.

We started our dealings with Ben and his team at a very difficult time at the end of last year. From the start their service has been efficient, courteous and very professional. Our household goods had to be in storage longer by a few months than anticipated. Nothing has been a problem for them to assist with. On delivery day the team were on time and unloaded and even assisted with a bit of assembly where I needed a hand. These guys know what they are doing and know great customer service.

Timerite was a great company to deal with, I rang them after having a very rude experience with another company after that it was pleasant to be greeted on the phone with a friendly manner. Any question I had the answered and accommodated all needs they made the horrendous tasks of moving a pleasure will use again if and when we need them and recommend highly to everyone who asks who moved us.

We were incredibly happy with the guys from Time Rite removals! We phoned them up the morning of our move (because our removal company had to cancel due to COVID). Mark and Naomi in the office were incredibly helpful and responsive in confirming/organising our move. The Removalists that came were also incredibly helpful, respectful and efficient. Whilst it was slightly more expensive than we had thought, it was worth every cent and we couldn’t be more thankful for their great work! Highly recommend working with this company!

I’m shocked. It cost me $4,800 to move a three bedroom apartment from one suburb to the next. When I complained about this after the move (I got an hourly quote before the move which seemed reasonable) I was told that they understand why I would be shocked but it is what it is. And I was also told when I compared this to my last move with Kent removals that they are a small company and can’t compete with bigger companies. I’m very very upset to say the least.

These guys are amazing.from our first telephone contact till the time of pick up and delivery you could not fault them.
They not only took care with our belongings but where friendly and polite, nothing was a problem.

Most of all there skill in getting everything on board was amazing (I'm sure at some point as a child someone played tetris.)

The all did a fantastic job from beginning to end. They were quick to accommodate me in every way, friendly, reliable and superb customer service. I Highly recommend Timerite for moving and storage.

Timerite moved me to my new home yesterday. I could not fault the service of this company. The booking process was smooth and although not the cheapest quote I got, I felt comfortable with their responsiveness to my enquiries. On the day, they turned up promptly and I felt, went above and beyond to make sure everything went to plan. The boys even helped my daughter unload a pile of bush rocks from her car which was certainly not in the quote! At my new home they patiently ensured everything was placed exactly where I wanted it and coped with my last minute changes without a blink. They handled my furniture with care and consideration. All in all a fantastic experience with Timerite Removals. Thank you!

A key thing for me during what is usually a stressful time - moving home- is having a responsive team of removalists to provide that assurance that everything is running according to plan. TimeRite are incredibly responsive. They were quick and efficient and brought the right number of people to do so.
They took care of the items they were moving, and the property we moved in to. Making sure they did not damage walls and doorframes etc. They have clearly worked together for some time as they worked so well as a team. They come with all the right equipment and even offered to bring boxes for tvs. No item was too big or too small and they were very friendly to my family.
Recommend them and will most certainly use them again!

The guys from TimeRite Removals were excellent. I hate moving, but they made it all so much easier. From office to the boys doing the heavy lifting, they ALL were friendly, careful, safe and willing to help with all our requests. I highly recommend these guys (especially the ones from Annie Street in Wickham) - cheers guys!

I had such a good experience with these guys! I spoke to Naomi on the phone who was so lovely and very helpful. Ben called me back the very next day to arrange a time, he was so friendly and very accommodating! Considering I only gave a days notice, they were reallt quick and efficient! I had Russell and Johno help me with my move and they were absolutely amazing! They helped me disesemble my bed which was a massive favour and were kind enough to even put the legs on the bottom of my lounge which I didnt even know I had! If I move again, I will definitely be using these guys and I would happily recommend their services to everyone! They made things easy and fun in the process and I was able to enjoy such a big move with no stress:) thanks again guys!

The guys did a great job with good humour (even though it was tricky at times - apartment stairs and a Caesarstone bench to name a few reasons). Communication and service from everyone in the office was excellent. Would definitely use again.

From the first phone call through to the last box off the truck, we were super impressed with the Time Rite team. Well done guys and thank you for doing a great job.
