There are 900m2 vacant land lots being sold for $360k in Wallerawang.

Purchased some items off them, they advised cut off for overnight delivery was 3.30pm so I placed the order prior to 3.30 pm and didn't receive my goods the next day.

The guy who deals with the freight was wonderful he made sure my package got there the following day (only reason for the three stars)

Since I didn't get the overnight service I paid for i asked for a refund of the difference and they advised they couldn't do that.

Our company has an account with Timberfix. I emailed a Quote Request as directed by their staff, the quote request was for a small amount of timber product.
No response at all after 4 days.
I called to find out, was told cant get the stock at all. Couldn't even order it.
Useless a timber supplier with no timber, bad service, didn't care about me, the customer at all.

First time customer of Timberfix and I travelled 2 hours to get there. So glad I did. A very impressive young man named Wilfred at the Sales desk went above and beyond to help me with my purchases, including loading them in my Ute. He even offered to make me a coffee for the trip home. He was also very knowledgeable and is an absolute credit to your business. Well done.

These guys are great. I'm renovating my place in western Sydney and get no time to source materials I need for the weekend. A call to my sales contact Oliver before 3pm any day has it delivered the next morning.
My orders are small and insignificant, but I'm always given time of day and the stuff shows up when promised. Can't go wrong with that!

I always find the service here really patchy. Some of the staff are helpful and friendly, and others it's like getting blood out of a stone. Most reviews seem to be from staff as it wouldn’t be from companies.
I was waiting for my delivery with patience and phoned TIMBERFIX to get told it in an unprofessional manner that the is on its way.
Over 3 hours my team desperately waiting. Finally when order arrives, the driver was rude and the guy said 'hey mate’ and then spent about a minute gazing off into a different direction. Wasn't sure if he was speaking to me at all and then he finally looked at me. He didn't seem interested in helping me out with it at all unloading the order. I get the feeling with some of these guys that they have a problem with being helpful and providing good customer service.
It's like they think it's beneath them. I received the order items and it was INCORRECT and suggest everyone to AVOID TIMBERFIX at all cost.
I did not appreciate it, you let down my company and crew.
Next time it will be trip to Bunnings!

Huge range of product. Excellent people to deal with both over the trade counter and via preorder and deliver. The sales team have a superior knowledge on their products and are able to recommend the exact product to suit. Delivery has been outstanding and the goods are delivered right everytime.

My husband asked me to give some feedback on my experience on my dealings with timberfix as I rarely do lol, so I’ve been sent in several times to ask for stuff that I have no idea about and to my surprise not only do they manage to decifer what I’m talking about but don’t treat me like a dummy lol, this not only very refreshing and accommodating to me unlike some other businesses in town that just laugh at me, thanks Timberfix for making me feel like I can attend a hardware and be treated like just a normal customer.
