David (our installer) was an absolute gem with going above and beyond to ensure our flooring looked exactly how we wanted and more. He measured the unit and gave us an estimate and when he returned to office, he sent us the written price which is exactly what he estimated. George Pang at Timberclub and his tradesmen, Sky and William, did a brilliant job of removing old carpet and laying floorboards in my parent's lounge room and two bedrooms. They were incredibly hard working, did the job in one day and left the apartment clean and tidy. George accommodated my parents by showing them the look of various trimming options once the floor was laid. We were all delighted by the end result and the company's professionalism.

The company was fully booked out and Emily called me as soon as there was a cancellation to make it work for the time frame I needed. Secondly, the floor looks amazing.
