Initial reponse times were slow, but when we did get someone to visit us to talk through a possible installation, things went smoothly. The staff were very helpful and explained everything clearly. When the installation did occur, it went without a hitch. The installers arrived on time and worked quickly. They tidied up after themselves and ensured that we knew how to read the information on the app.
We would definitely recommend Tilsons to anyone looking to install solar panels on their house.

The quote was reasonable the day and time for the work suited us. They did a great job very clever how they ran the extended wiring and left no mess. Would highly recommend them.

Tilstons were very good and co-operative to work with. We initially discussed the various options to proceed with, either electric & solar or to replace the gas AC system. Adrian was very patient with us explaining each option and supplying numerous quotes. Although they were very busy a date was set for the work and work commenced on schedule. He supported us with interim heating until the new system was installed. Tilstons are approved and supported by SolarQuotes which is a recognised body that advises on heating matters.

Tilstons Electrical is Really helpful they worked to my availability, highly recommend them, will continue using them for all our need.
