I came to visit Tweed Heads one year back and suddenly my granny slipped off from wet tiles and to replace them I went to Tiles by morrissey to replace those wet tiles, they really helped me a lot.

Great website with loads of choice. The sample service is extremely useful, especially as I am not on the mainland. Service was excellent and the personalised note was a nice touch. Have been recommending the site to everyone.

I stop by to drink coffee then I saw tile store in that edifice, I order some for my pool and they are wonderful with good price. Love it

I live at Tweed Heads, and I strongly recommend Goldcoast people to shop at Tilesbymorrissey tiles store. Friendly staff with reasonable price. Chris managing person is very honesty one. You gonna love with the experience.

Jenny and Chris were initially helpful ordering different coloured tiles to suit what we were after. (Yes we were fussy with our hard earned money)

Very responsive to messages also, initially.

This all turned when we were ready to order:

Requested 100 % of payment prior to ordering. (Mind you, cash if minus GST)
We were hesitant as we more than happy to pay a deposit but have never encountered this before viewing the final product.

We were advised that this is, and has always been their policy and that we were recommended to drive to Brisbane to view the tiles prior to ordering!

We can only assume that Mr Morrissey questiioned our integrity at the time of the order, when asked whether they were willing to proceed due to time wasting (we had a tiler booked) ;
Response from Mr Morrissey;
"We have responded professionally".

Unfortunately the actions were not professional and bizarre.

Luckily we made one phone call to another company (unfortunately not a local business) who have provided us with a quote $500 less (with GST).

I have all texts and emails to support the above.

Staff and management strongly gave me a tile inspiration for my newly constructed house. Go with TBM!

What a lovely experience we had buying tiles from this store. The staff are fantastic and made a stressful job into a good time. The coffee is out of this world as well so head down there and try it and buy some beans. So glad we chose this store for tiles the quality and price was unbeatable.
