Service was exceptional including arranging the delivery of the tiles to SA. They have a terrific range of lovely tiles (indoor and outdoor) and go above and beyond in sourcing what you require. Georgie made everything super easy! I was only going to buy my “special” tiles here… but having compared prices to tile cloud (with three bird discount) and amber (with builder margin discount) they were the same or cheaper and SOOOO nice and easy to deal with! All tiles, Pool paving and waterline came from TBK!

Tiles by Kate has an amazing selection of tiles which could have been quite daunting without their helpful and experienced service.
Tasmin was very attentive and spent time with us looking at the design of the new kitchen, colour scheme, accessories and style that we were were trying to achieve.
After that Tasmin narrowed the tiles down to a selection of two. Both similar in finish and colour but one was square and the other rectangle.
We took a sample home and they both look lovely but went with the rectangle which we thought match the kitchen and room better.
The tiles are simple and elegant and they look like they have been woven.
They are just stunning and whilst subtle they really showcase the new kitchen.
Tiles by Kate staff are super helpful and friendly and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The ladies at ‘Tiles by Kate’ are wonderful! They not only have beautiful feature tiles, but have tiles for every budget. My experience was so positive and easy! They put together the most beautiful arrangement of tiles for my bathroom without breaking the bank!

I went to many tile shops on the northern beaches and I found the staff at Tiles by Kate gave better customer service and had a much better range of tiles than the other shops I went to. We did two bathrooms and a laundry. At each visit to Tiles by Kate I found the staff were very knowledgeable and had a great flair for design. They really helped me with a number of decisions not just the tiles. The tiles we purchased were perfect! What surprised me was that their tiles were a similar price to the other shops I visited. Tiles by Kate is definitely worth a visit.

The ladies gave me amazing ideas and helped me make choices that ensured my new home would look amazing. They have a wonderful range, are so friendly and really go above and beyond on sourcing what you need. No reason to ever to buy tiles anywhere else.

I found out about TilesByKate through word of mouth. I had visited a few tiles shops on the Lower North Shore and found the array of choices overwhelming and the help from staff minimal.

Upon my first visit to TilesByKate I was greeted and asked a lot of questions about the property I was building, the style, the budget and the materials I was using. They then produced mini bathroom furniture (toilet, sink, bath) and styled up several choices using different selections of tiles. I left feeling relieved and confident in the choice we had made.

A year later and I’m still really happy with each room. Overall we tiled 4 bathrooms and a laundry room. My builders had no problems changing quantities after some design changes were made.

I think this store worth the trip to Manly Vale for the outstanding customer service and cutest tiles.

My initial contact with Tiles by Kate was pleasant enough. I collected some samples, obtained price and availability details. The assistant struggled to find the right codes and details but we got there in the end. I recorded the details in my phone and confirmed them, showing the assistant. Returning 2 days later I was essentially called a liar as the same assistant first then denied having given me the details she did, instead tripling the price and condescending me as a bonus in the process. It was infuriating. We will return to Amber where we have had consistently helpful and positive experiences.

Wow, customer service on my first step in the door! They were wonderful and listened to all my bathroom ideas. Then got into action on what she would recommend and not expensive. Loved supporting a local business as well.

Beautiful tiles and great advice from friendly, helpful staff. We had an idea of type of tile and colour combo we wanted and Georgie very happily helped us fine tune our choice taking into account our vanity colour and tap fittings. Really great service and a huge range of tiles!

The most gorgeous selection of tiles, my renovation looks amazing! The staff are knowledgeable and attentive. Handy location. Can be pricey, but sometimes you get what you pay for, and I am extremely happy with the quality of tiles I purchased.
