Decided I would visit the showroom after seeing various products online o was interested in. Was not greeted or asked for assistance when I arrived. Found a gentleman who I asked about where a product was. Asked for alternatives and have pointed me over to a section. Didn’t return or ask is I needed any further assistance. Wouldn’t recommend

Went in after reading positive reviews, asked for assistance showing what inspo i was going off, only to have him get on his laptop and leave me to flick thru magazines, when i asked for assistance re vanity options between 2 different companies was told to jump on internet.
Iv done enough "jumping on websites / internet" and was ready to completely fit out my entire laundry and bathroom here however, I am now so unimpressed!

Exceptional service form initial phone call to ordering on line and having them delivered. I have never bought tiles on line before and found the process so easy and comforting with Tilemall.they arrive yesterday and in pristine condition and exactly as promoted on the website. THANK YOU! Bought 70 square metres of tiles and paid over $500 in freight. Delivery was not accepted the first time around as they sent one guy with a pallet jack and he couldn't push it up a small driveway and wouldn't reverse in the driveway for some reason. Second time around they had two delivery guys but still couldn't work out how to safely deliver the tiles. They needed up leaving the pallet on the road. No notification or call. Upon inspection one box of tiles was completely smashed. Contacted tilemall never got a reply.

The tiles here were much cheaper for the same product that was being sold by large retailers. We are very happy with the price and service.

Great staff on standby eager to help. Gets very busy but plenty of staff waiting to be of assistance. I was served by Leo who was very dedicated and helpful!

Washbasin arrived very quickly and very well packed. I have installed the basin to replace a similar sized Shires Visions basin. New basin is excellent value.

I am very happy with my purchase. You will need to buy a drain and trap but in my experience this is normal and they are very cheap.

I have been purchasing tiles 75x150mm subway tiles from Tilemall. Very nice and big showroom and lots of different varieties in tiles.

Lovely tiles, received a few samples, absolutely gorgeous selection. Paul was a huge help and love the big terrazzo series. Light grey 600x600 matt finish and these patterns are remarkable.

Amazing customer service! We ordered some tiles late in the afternoon and received a phone call at 9am the following morning to say the tiles would be ready for collection that day – but they were mostly phoning to check we wouldn't be needing more of a patterned tile we ordered because they were low in stock. They were checking we didn't just order one box of the tiles to see if we liked them before ordering more. We were using them as a feature so not an issue but to care enough to ask the question was amazing! And the extremely prompt phone call and order being ready – amazing too. You don't normally get that kind of service when ordering products online. Thank you!
