I have used TileCloud twice now for tiles and tap ware in spaced I have renovated and the quality and efficiency is second to none. I could not be happier with the products I have purchased from TileCloud. The delivery fee was also very affordable.

Good products - sales my order wrong (asked for 20m2 not 20 boxes) so I'm left with 6 extra boxes which they won't respond to my queries about re stocking. Staff in store are great - others not so much

I renovated a small bathroom and didn't have a lot of space to do anything too fancy. I kept the walls plain matt white which helps showcase my amazing floor tiles. Tilecloud were very helpful and answered all my questions. I bought a few sample boxes and decided on Mollymook encaustic grey with the suggested grey grout. I put in under floor heating (on a timer, so good in winter) which also enhances the experience. The tiles feel buttery smooth under foot, very happy with my choice!

Tile Cloud were fantastic to deal with and absolutely no hassles. Products arrived within 2 days of ordering - much quicker than anticipated - and look great. Would definitely use again.

Had our design consult today with Courtney and she was amazing so many creative and function ideas. It was so worthwhile and made the process so much easier.

Just wanted to shout out about the outstanding service we received from TileCloud. I ordered my external tiles with. Courtney very late Monday with the request that they do their best to have them delivered by the following Monday and in half tonne pallets so we could use a crane. The team pulled it together and tiles arrived this morning (Friday) of the same week! We were also so happy with the style design for our bathrooms also supplied by Courtney.

I am just about to order tiles to renovate my bathroom. I am usually the type of person who likes to 'shop around' and understand the different types of product and quality to make the best decision. The website is clever and sorted for easy selection. I was bit worried about the colours being a correct match, but when i received them they were perfect. It's the best way to buy tiles. I was also impressed with the written details attached to each tile. It meant I didn't have any questions and could just order, pay and wait for delivery. Also, I was happy with the wide selection. Delivery was great!
