The woman that answers the phone was impatient and poorly spoken, fails to respond to basic inquires. Damages the name of the business.

So glad I found the wonderful TileArte! (after searching all across Sydney for tiles for weeks!)
A huge variety (emphasise variety because most other tile stores don’t have anywhere near “variety”!) of quality tiles in the Punchbowl showroom, and a small showroom in Willoughby. Awesome service from this family business, clearly with decades of experience running through their veins.

Helpful friendly and supportive great selection of tiles. Had an issue with delivery which they sorted out promptly. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, clean showroom, and convenient location. As far as collection goes, there are a lot of common ordinary tiles that make up the bulk of their collection. There are a few items that can be considered unique. What ever we picked, was to be ordered in, nothing in ready stock. Made me wonder what do they actually have in stock?
Price is generally higher than competitors.
Worth a checkout, but I've never been able to buy anything from them in over 5 years of development/reno work.
Shop in atleast 2 more place before you make a purchase decision.
