Had a lovely experience here with two young kids in tow. They helped us match and quote tiles with grout and were very pleasant and helpful. Big thanks to the legend Bill and the other young lady we didn't get her name. Will definitely be back.

Great range of tiles on display, the sales staff friendly, especially Jacqui whom was also very helpful in showing us exactly what we were looking for.

Decent selection of tiles, not enough staff.
While I am not a fan of being ambushed by sales staff, a little help would have been nice.
We were there looking around for roughly 45 minutes and not 1 single person offered any assistance.
We did eventually decide on a tile however was kept waiting at the sales counter for a further 15 -20 minutes for someone to take our money.
THEN needed to wait for what felt like a lifetime to recieve the tiles just paid for.
Could be just me as I don't very often need to purchase tiles so am inexperienced with the process. However my experience during our visit today was extremely underwhelming.
Staffing issues have created problems for so many businesses recently so I would hope they were down 2 or 3 staff the day I visited as that would explain the zero service received.

I’m based in the Gold Coast and was looking at ordering a specific tile from Tile Warehouse that would match an existing bathroom tile in a bathroom that needed repairs.

I could not recommend Celia more highly. She was so helpful and understanding with all my requests. She made the whole experience so wonderful and I only wish this business was closer to the Gold Coast. That ways I could use them for all my renovation works.:)
