Followed up via Facebook, someone called and booked a site inspection 4 weeks ahead!
One hour before the appointment, I got a text message to inform the tech could not come, and asking to reschedule on Good Friday
Wasted my time and patience! JUST RUBBISH customer service fom the beginning to the end.
