5To be honest, I was surprised with how quick and easy the online quoting/booking process was. Within 24 hours of sending my inquiry, I got a date to have my shower regrouted and silicone replaced. The tiler that came was proper and the work was completed to a very high standard. Thanks team, will be in contact in the future.
Recently used this crew to clean and seal my outdoor travertine and boy did they do a great job. I’ve posted some photos which shows how bad it looked before (don’t judge us, we had been overseas for 3 years). Great work guys.

I never realised my stone tiles could be sealed until tile and grout pro sealed my outdoor limestone tiles.
Their work has tremendously improved the condition of them and is protected with their Deepshield sealer that should last 10 years (hopefully)!

Shared photos of the job we required, they took a deposit of $165 for the booking over the phone and arrived at the job and said they could not complete the works despite photos being sent - they refused to refund the deposit, called it an ‘on-site fee’ when this was not advised whilst taking the money and have ignored contact ever since. Have contacted the ACCC. Do not engage with this company.
