Tony Cai, the floor supervisor at Tiffany & Co. Sydney international airport, provided exceptional service when I purchased a bean necklace from him. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping me find the perfect piece. I highly recommend Tony and Tiffany & Co.for their high-quality jewelry and exceptional customer service.

I visited the store in late October at around 8pm. The sales who served me was very polite and helpful. When I asked about the payment by a few Visa prepaid cards, I got very different answers (can or cannot use them). At the end, one of the girl who has processed similar kind of transactions before, said that they could do it very confidently. So, I got help at the end but it did take a while for them to run around and ask.

My girlfriend was in the store and bought 2 pens and a pair of sunglasses and was in a rush to get to her flight to paris and she left her 300 dollar Musto sailing vest there that I bought for her birthday and when she realized that she had left it she has tried to contact the store about 15 times even her P. A has tried numerous times even sent them emails to try and get it back. NOT ONE SINGLE REPLY to either email or phone very disappointed. We are flying back early to be able to go into the store and see them face to face. What is wrong with you tiffany? If I owned your company and my store didn't answer calls I would want to know why as 1. You are losing business by not answering your phone. 2. You have let us down and made us return home from our overseas vacation so we can have a stop over in Sydney to be able to get into the store to actually speak to someone.

My son was looking to buy his girlfriend a birthday gift so we decided to take a drive to Tiffany’s Mascot.little did we know that we needed a international ticket in order to get to the boutique.lol. We ended up going to the King St store instead!

Whenever I visit a Tiffany and Co.store I become happy and excited as there is wonderful atmosphere. The jewellery looks amazing, store is classy and well presented. It definitely makes me feel even better that everyone is welcoming, super friendly and helpful. I'm always impressed and amazed by the staff including security.

But unfortunately at this Sydney airport store I have never had that feeling. The first time I came I bought earrings, the second visit I couldn't decide on which bracelet I liked best. I understand that this store is tax free, but it's a shame the service is not up to their normal standard. The staff haven't done anything wrong but they are not as friendly and or professional when they speak. It was if I went to Michael Hill or Prouds jewellers. I still love tiffany jewellery regardless.

My fiance and I went here to buy something for myself as a pre-wedding gift. And the lady whose name is Alessandra Guilhem have been really super helpful and nice to us. She assisted us all the way thru. She was very welcoming and warm. This kind of service is what people wants to experience. My now husband and myself were very satisfied and really happy for the kind of service we have had here.
