First time shopping at aTiffany Bondi Junction.
Staff were exceptional. Very helpful and took the time to make our two children of 6 and 8 feel welcome.
Shopping for an anniversary present for my wife and such a wide range of gifts.
Shop was well presented as you would expect.

In a world of high end fashion with seemingly endless snooty staff Tiffany & Co are a refreshing exception from the greeting at the door to the impeccable counter service Tiffany & Co value their customers giving a wonderful experience all this without seemingly knowing that my wife and I are lady and lord and that I am a military veteran. Thank you Tiffany & Co.

Questioned whether money was a problem whilst we were looking. Bought 3 Christmas gifts. Pretty women moment looks a deceiving Rude staff. Never to return.

Good service, a bit slow though. I understand that this is about the experience, but I felt like unnecessary waiting. I was in for a specific thing and just wanted that, so short on time.

I had a highly disappointing experience at the Tiffany Bondi Junction store. Despite intending to spend a large amount on a ring, a few employees were standing around without attending or greeting us. This lack of attention made me feel undervalued as a customer. The poor customer service fell far short of my expectations for such a renowned brand.

Customer service has been wonderful, especially from Jada, and Lucas B. Am always greeted with a smile, and the upmost professionalism and courtesy from all staff.

The store is always immaculate, and clean, and I love the fact that Tiffany and Co provide complimentary alteration service, and a free drink on arrival.

I also like that the store is on one level, compared to the Tiffany & Co store in the Sydney CBD, where we were told we had to book an appointment to look upstairs.

I will be back!

Had the most wonderful experience when served by Lucas for a jewellery repair today. He was incredibly professional and compassionate toward my situation and went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. Very impressed and highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I received the worst customer service when I went into the store.
I had received a bracelet from Tiffany and co for my 30th birthday from my mother however the bracelet was too small. I went into the store and the customer service lady was beyond rude, she advised that if I didn’t have a tax invoice she couldn’t exchange the product for me. All I wanted was a bigger size! I had the original email of Purchase, it was
Purchased under my name, but my
Mother couldn’t find the tax invoice in her emails. The lady who served us made did not
Make us feel like paying customers. Very unfortunate and it has now been almost 2 months… but your policy is 30 days. I have a beautiful bracelet that I cannot wear!

The set up of the store is very well presented. The retail staff are also helpful and kind. Tiffany offers lifetime cleans on your Tiffany products which are useful. Overall very welcoming, do recommend.

What a shame such an iconic brand has fallen into the poor customer service realms. Put my daughters broken bracelet in for repairs over 3 weeks ago and still nothing from them. We explained when we dropped it she was traveling o/s in a month and the girl at the store assured us 2-3 weeks was more than enough time.
I have called the 1800 phone number twice with no results. Apparently the stores do not have direct contact phone numbers so can’t call the Bondi Junction store directly and I have been left waiting for a call back.
This brand is definitely not the experience it was when we purchased the bracelet. I guess eventually everything tarnishes even Tiffany service.
