Selection range is good and my salesperson Amanda is a delight to deal with. Need appointment there as picking tiles etc for your new home takes about 3hrs it's a huge decision.

I can recommend that customers allow 3 weeks for your tiles. They seem happy to tell customers they will be delivered in one weeks time but it actually took 3 weeks and we had to reschedule our tiler twice. I was even told that they dont know where the tiles are and no phone calls to advise us they had not arrived. Poor customer service in my book. Great showroom but thats as far as it goes.

I have purchased tiles for two bathrooms, toilet and a laundry. Jason was fantastic and knew all there is to know about tiles. Couldn’t recommend them higher.
