Three Beans

I work in the building and come here daily. (Skim flat whit extra hot) the guy is always friendly, knows exactly what I want and the quality and service is second to none. Extremely friendly people with the best coffee and food.

A very cheap way of running a business by charging you 60 cents when you are dining in for a $5 coffee. It’s nothing but a VERY cheap rip off!

Best breakfast wrap and coffee I’ve had among all the three bean coffee shops I’ve ever been to.

Few things I want Three Beans to change:
1. Replace those coffee paper cups with a real ceramic cup with patterns on coffee for dine-in customers
2. The breakfast wrap can make it less salty.
3. Add wifi hotspot please!

Few things that I think it’s great about Three Beans:
1. The combination of the breakfast wrap is great. (rockets, eggs, ham, bacon, tomato and carrots).
2. Customer service

3.6 - I ordered a Bacon & Egg Roll one early morning - it came as a grilled toastie instead. I wanted the texture of a bread roll so it wasn't what I was after. The bread wasn't thick enough for a Foccacia either. Service was ok - they greeted their many regulars well. I also had a Malabar Chai for Takeaway.

Great coffee and smoothies but my go to is the almond croissant (toasted). It’s absolutely delicious. Highly recommend giving it a try.

It's a bit cozy but the coffee and food is good. One of the few cafe's in close proximity to the station you can sit down at. They are quite popular which does sometimes make it hard to get a spot and order promptly.

Easily one of my favorites in Chatswood. The coffee is consistently well made and you get great friendly service.

I didn’t believe it when my wife told me that they serve one of the best coffee around. She persuaded me so many times to try their coffee for 5 months straight until finally I had my first sip today. I am hooked! I’d say you are my best top 3 coffee I’ve ever tried in Australia! PERIOD!

Service was very welcoming and these guys means business when it comes to making coffee. Highly recommend you to have a sip!

Staff was very friendly and they obviousy love what they do. It truly shows as the coffee was great. I needed a pick me up since I wasn’t able to sleep the night before and the coffee made me wide awake! Nice environment and super comfy as well. Great place

Has to be the BEST coffee in Chatswood! But really the most amazing thing about this place is the people running it. Always working with the biggest smile and going the extra mile to look after their customers.

$11.90 for eggs & toast, BIG toast little eggs, and the toast are dry and the crust was so hard I broke a filling. Would have left it and walked away but I was hungry and now I have a dental bill. Avoid it!

Excellent customer service! Staffs are friendly and polite. I have been to this shop for almost 10 years. Usually I have breakfast wrap with cappu in here and its really tasty. It is also great place to have quick foods and coffees in here coz its only 1 min walk to the station. Normally I come here before I catch a train/bus.

Food took a long time to come out (25 minutes) for eggs that were supposed to be poached but were overdone so the yolk didn't ooze out. Bread was soggy by the time it was served and crust too hard. Mocha was disgusting - way too hot and burnt coffee taste with no chocolate taste at all. Would not recommend - there's plenty of other cafes that you could get your money worth at with better service and value.

Coffee and food are good. I always come here for latte and superfood salad.
