With my many years experience in Sales I was shocked to hear the type of characteristsics which are portrayed through this agency with Agents like these clearly being the cause of the industry receiving a bad name.

Having recently sold a property with another Agent, I was shocked to hear from my purchasers that this Agency had tried to talk them out of purchasing my home creating false and misleading statements about my property to deter a sale in order to help their own purpose of attaining a sale on one of their listings.

It is my professional opinion that if you cannot sell something on your own merit, there is no need to discourage others who have not used your services through lies and deceit.

No stress experience with Reece Thompson. From the moment of my first phone call Reece was easy to communicate with, always available to contact and resolve issues that arose within minutes of the call. His team was always in touch to keep you up to date with what was happening with my property. Organising lawn mowing and quick fixes that were identified during selling inspections. Took a little longer to sell with market changes due to the reserve bank interest hikes but at no time did I ever feel Reece and his team were not on their toes working me. I at no time considered changing agents. Reece and his team at all times showed professional etiquette and worked for me and explained everything when we might have had different ideas. I never felt I was agreeing to what the agent thought. Would be my first point if call for any realestate issue in the future whether setting up a rental, renting buying or selling. Very relieved on selling but it was a stress free experience.
