This is Yoga is a great space, and I especially love the instructors. Ari’s foundation class is phenomenal, so good for my alignment and savasana is like bliss at the end. Danni has magical assists and I loved her progressive class to help me keep a sense of play.

Beautiful studio, clean energy. Every teacher has different style, I really enjoy at each class!

I absolutely LOVE going to classes at This is Yoga. The teachers are great, it is a beautiful space, I love the heated rooms, and I love the difficulty level of the class. I always feel challenged while centred the entire time, and I leave feeling happy, calm, and myself! My day is always better after a class.

Parking is a challenge in the area - so try and take public transport if you can - or walk. There are a few great cafes and restaurants nearby so you can use your time wisely.highly recommended location

I've really loved my classes at TIY! Highly recommend. The teachers are great and there is so much variety to each session. You leave feeling both energised and grounded. Will definitely be heading back soon!

Lovely small yoga studios in Sydney’s Eastern suburbs with great calibre of teachers and a diverse mix of classes, whether you’re looking for a hot, powerful vinyasa or a chilled yin experience. Highly recommend!

Ari is the most articulated teacher with clear concise instructions for the next position. He notices everyone’s movements & shares guidance for correct position. His encouragement to obtain a difficult stance is exhilarating. He is truly amazing

Great studio in the heart of The Spot, Randwick. I love the evening Yin classes especially on a Sunday to get ready for the week ahead. They also do Hot Yoga!

If you had said a year ago (let alone longer) that I would be bursting to go to yoga a few times a week and feeling down if I missed it, I would have thought you were mad. On a walking trip, I realised my balance had deteriorated & a friend suggested yoga as a help. I went along with him, enjoyed it, signed up for the entry package, bought a mat and now I'm hooked. The teachers are fantastic - and different! I'm still at beginner foundations/slow flow level but getting better each week. Can't recommend TIY enough - not judgemental, very encouraging.

Beautiful space, community and excellent teacher. I been going to Danielle class for few weeks, and I love it! Definitely recommend it to anyone that love to have some fun, putting extra spices on your practices.
