Amazing bite sized session hosted at a recent conference by this team! Really got us all thinking about how we can do better at managing tasks and time, and being more productive! Also, very gratifying hearing that many of the topics affectionately called 'ninjas' I'm already implementing in my own way of working but GREAT prompts and suggestions of how to improve those, and add the other facets in! Wonderfully presented on the day, and with some beautiful resources that I have now taken back to my team just such valuable content for everybody and can't express this enough!

Have just completed How to be a Productivity Ninja and it not only re-enforced some of the things I were already doing as part of my day but filled in some of the gaps to make my day/week even more productive - Easy to follow ideas and some tool suggestions to add to your kit, Highly recommend!

I would recommend every business to take this 6-week Ninja training. It is the kind of training that you can apply what you learn every week to your daily work immediately.

My experience of attending the productive ninja workshops was great. Being a professional we often know but we forget to practice the application of tips and tricks, skills and knowledge to maximise the output and outcomes in conjunction with being mindful regarding our well-being. These sessions helped me re-focus on organising work, thoughts, and skills.

Matt Cowdroy had facilitated a really engaging and thought provoking session on Thinking Productive. There were many techniques and tools that I will take away from that session, and also continue to do as I didn't realise how motivating and PRODUCTIVE they can be! After attending Inbox down to Zero it has enabled me to face the day with confidence and motivation. By sorting emails into specific files, it clearly identifies what needs to be actioned and the day flows so much better. Thank you for all of your help productivity ninja the best help in town.

Ninja Training is fantastic! I highly recommend this training for all teams big and small. Julie is a wonderful trainer who has the ability to read the energy in the room, engage with all team members to ensure a productive fun day.

When first approached to run a productivity session with our nationally-distributed team, the people at Think Productive took time to listen to our particular needs and tailored a workshop pitched perfectly for us. Our 3-hour session with Ninja Julie was well-paced, enabling time for the team to discuss issues as they arose. Our savvy team rated the workshop either very good or excellent, and we will definitely be adopting many of the practical tips and suggestions we learned about over the course of the workshop. Would highly recommend this to other small NFPs.

Liz provided really sensible, practical advice while respecting the nuance and complexity that comes with our operating environment and complexities. The session engaged our entire (albeit small, but diverse) team, who contributed meaningfully. There has been immediate action, which is being readily incorporated into what is already working for us and we expect will improve on those arrangements, our focus and productivity. Liz sought and took the opportunity to learn about our work, context and working styles - and that definitely made her session with us a more engaging and constructive investment.

I completed the Inbox to Zero Session. Over the years I have tried to implement strategies to maintain a filing system and maintain an clean inbox however this has always fallen by the wayside. The strategy and suggestions offered by Productivity Ninja are practical and seem sustainable long term. Gavin Nelson was an excellent facilitator able to cater for individual needs throughout the session.

I cannot recommend enough - organized via Work event however very beneficial for all who attended and breaks things down in a simplified, easy and achievable way. Biggest takeaway - being far more productive.

I found the Productivity Ninja workshop great with it providing a number of helpful tools to apply to my everyday working life. I highly recommend the session for anyone who has a habit of multi-tasking and needs a reminder on what frameworks can be applied to work more efficiently. Julie was really engaging, thanks again!
