Beverley Gardner was fantastic as a paralegal, keeping informed with what documents I needed to produce and answered my emails and questions promptly. I cannot say the same for the actual lawyer Lawrence Lin. I want a lawyer to not just review the contract but to fight for me. To give me legal advice not just say you need to read over the contract of sale and see if you are okay with it. I asked me to give me practical examples of what could happen if this situation came up. And he couldn't do it. He kept on saying I can't predict what will happen. If I had my time again I wouldn't use this agency.
