I went to see Eva for a pregnancy massage. Eva is fantastic! Extremely friendly and an amazing masseuse. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thank you Eva

I booked in for a sports massage and saw Amy. I was told she would use "a sports rub" and proceeded to use Palmer's lotion. Like other reviews here, she applied too much pressure to my neck and I had to ask repeatedly for her to ease off. She made inappropriate comments about my body, pointed out my stretch marks and size of my hips. I'd say she did nothing to ensure my comfort, if anything I was physically and emotionally in pain the whole way through. I hope this saves someone else that pain and $100

I had an excellent experience with Suzin Yim. I had a remedial massage. It was perfect pressure and also included some stretching elements. I felt very relaxed and my back feels much better too. Will come again. Thanks!

I had a horrible massage with Amy this week.
I came home with a headache and more pain than before massage. Even after a few days, my shoulder and neck were worse than before massage. I had a throbbing pain from it.
I told her to stop massaging my neck so hard and she kept doing that until i had to pull myself up. It caused a great of pain to avoid that massage and pulled my muscles because of that.
Didn’t recommend at all and she shouldn’t be allowed to massage at all.
I normally like massages and never complained about massage.

I had an appointment with Amy last week for a remedial massage, this massage was helpful for me, nice, and firm. Amy's style of massage really helped with the circulation in my arms and legs, and also alleviated a lot of stress I've been experiencing over the past few weeks. I'll definitely book in again with Amy. If you like a deep, firm style of full body massage I would recommend Amy.

Great telehealth support. I injured my hand when I started working from home. Dominique Honore diagnosed the problem online and guided me through my recovery by phone. I'm pain free and very relieved

Unfortunately had a very poor experience with Amy this week. I've booked for 1.5 hours massage. She's offered only 1h and I had to insist to get the extra 30min. She didn't asked why I was coming today or if I had any injuries. I mentioned that I had an abdominal surgery few weeks ago because of an ectopic pregnancy. She wasn't gentle during her massage and clearly told me that I was too young to have children anyway and that my body was not good to carry a baby.
I had a terrible time, felt judged and left with bruises all over my body. If you are looking for a relaxing massage, make sure to book with another practitioner.

Dominique, the physiotherapist was recommended to me by my GP He is excellent at what he does, is extremely knowledgeable and patient. I have had several treatments for a foot and lower leg injury and I'm now a lot better. Highly recommended.

Amy is a very knowledgeable practitioner. Her services are completely therapeutic - they will give you long term results rather than short term relief

Had a massage form Kelly a few weeks ago. Was amazing, understood my injuries well and was able to release the tension in my back. I've also had appointments with their other therapist which were amazing as well. Booking in was easy and I had no issues.
I would highly recommend and cant wait for another one.

I booked an appointment online and Kelly was confirmed, received a text and email confirmation for a 7: 30am appointment and when I turned up nobody was there.

I called and left a message and emailed and nobody bothered to get back to me

Called at 8: 45 and spoke with someone who did not appear to care I had turned up and nobody was there, he even accused me of being aggressive (think I have a right to be annoyed but I was not aggressive)

Customer service here is poor and the staff clearly need some training in how to handle upset people, DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME BOOKING.

Had a very poor experience with Kelly at SHTherapies. She was not aware of the massage that I was booked in for (and did not have the essential oils required to continue) but I accepted her alternative offer on arrival. The massage itself caused a lot of pain during and for days after. Gave feedback to owners who did not take any responsibility for the practitioner but backed her blindly and offered me a 5% discount for my next booking. Beware!

I have been attending Ingrid's yoga classes for many months now and I can't get enough of it. It conveniently happens on humpday night and it is the perfect mid week break! She certainly has helped me overcome a lot of angst from my previous job - after 75 mins in the class. I was finally able to put bad stuff aside and feel positive. Now that I have a much more satisfying job, I still go for the lovely relaxing ambiance of an intimate size class, Ingrid's soothing voice in her guiding and the exercises, which are never boring as we are free to interpret them in some ways and Ingrid always comes up with something different for us girls.

Yoga at Summer Hill Therapies is a relaxed and rejuvenating experience. The instructor, Ingrid Wys, is good both at challenging the small class to extend themselves, as well as catering each session to suit people's individual needs and injuries. Ingrid is sensitive and accomodating. I would really recommend this class to beginners as well as seasoned yogis looking to develop their practice at their own pace.

Love the yoga classes! Very comfortable and calm environment, as a first timer I found it easy to follow. Ingrid the instructor, is very understanding. She gave me options and individual help with my sore back. All in all a great class

The yoga with Ingrid Wys is fabulous. Kind and inclusive. There's no pressure but you can test your limits. I always leave feeling a hundred times better than when I walked in and get a great night's sleep afterwards! Can't recommend highly enough.

Therapies Summer Hill is a lovely centre for Wellbeing. There are very experienced practitioners who work there and a broad range of services. I especially love the yoga classes with Ingrid as they are very well rounded and nurturing.
