Very professional and friendly service. Marshall was great and conducted a very efficient and thorough eye exam and clearly knows his stuff. I am extremely happy with my new glasses, they have exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend heading here whether you need new glasses or just an eye check up.

Margaret is a wonderful optometrist, she really takes the time to listen and help - especially with complicated scripts like mine. All the staff are so helpful too. Always a pleasure to deal with!

I just cannot recommend this place enough. I visited Jessy years ago, after being plagued with eye problems that other optometrists just shrugged their shoulders at. It turned out I had a complicated eye shape and on paper my contact lens prescription should've been correct but after thorough examination she determined they were not. It changed EVERYTHING. Other optometrists had told me I probably just couldn't wear contact lenses anymore, which as a competing athlete, was not an option.

I have since moved overseas, and have difficulty accessing good eyecare here. Even though I'm no longer in the country or visiting them regularly, Jessy and the team take the time to reply to my emails with information about my situation, and recommendations I can take with me to optometrists here to help make sure I am getting the right care. Like who even does that? They absolutely do not have to but these people actually care about the health of your eyes and go above and beyond. I haven't been able to get back into Australia because of COVID and don't even know when I can come back but they still help me. I'm forever grateful, and always make sure to book appointments with them whenever I'm in the country.

If you need a new optometrist, or aren't sure about yours, please go see Jessy and the team. They really only want the best for your eyes.

I’m writing this review because even months after I experienced this, I still get really upset. I had an appointment as I had been struggling to insert and use my hard contact lenses. Instead of being brought into the normal room I had been in, I was told that there was an issue and I was brought into the back room. I was forced to wait in this dark room for about 20 mins on an elevated chair in the corner. The optometrist and another lady walked into the room and sat around me. They explained that a payment had bounced, and that this was unacceptable. I was then shamed for the entire session. Even after I explained I had recently been through a significant medical diagnosis that meant I had been unwell and a bit behind in my life admin, they didn’t care. They essentially said they’re not a healthcare provider and that they’re a business and need to make money. I felt cornered and intimidated. I cried for hours after this happened and haven’t been able to go back since. I would recommend anybody reading this that to go to a larger chain as they have customer rules and guidelines that can prevent these tactics being used. If the company reads this, perhaps try to train your staff in bedside manner or to have degree of emotional intelligence, because I am still thinking about it MONTHS later.

The BEST experience! These lenses are the most amazing lenses I’ve ever had. After wearing cheaper lenses my whole life I cannot believe what I’ve been missing! The moment I put them on, I felt the huge difference in quality of vision. I had a really thorough eye test with Bendy who was brilliant and the amazing manager helped me find my new frame. Despite clearly being really busy the whole team made me feel like I was in good hands and made the entire experience really enjoyable! I’ll be coming here from now on!

The optometrists here are clearly at the top of their game in terms of their knowledge of current and emerging eye care technologies, techniques and treatments. This is backed up by efficient and friendly service.
I've been a customer for over 10 years and though I now live far from the store, I happily make the 1 hour journey there to get the best possible care for my eyes.

Margaret Lam is a very knowledgeable optometrist with a lovely manner, and all the staff here are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, especially for anyone with a complex prescription.

I have been coming here for eye tests and glasses years and honestly it’s the best experience. Jessy the optometrists is super good at her job, everyone is super friendly and helpful. It’s just a fantastic experience every time, very highly recommended!

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble when it came to selecting a pair of sunglasses with Dan - he went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with my custom style which was ordered with quick turnaround.

I got some new lenses put in some old frames which included an eye test. I was looked after really well and my new lenses are fantastic - like a brand new pair of eyes. I had a couple of issues but the team bent over backwards to make things better which reflects the company's focus on customer service.

Agree with Audra. Unbelievably dishonest. They always trying to rip you off and have ready answer when questioned why the price was x, then 2x when using private health and then 3x after you swipe the card. I did get the money refunded in the end, but it was after 5 minutes of debating when I said that I was going to call my health fund and ask them if they lied to me about my benefits.

Only an idiot will fall for their dodgy tricks. And speaking of idiots, if you want to see a genuine idiot visit the King Street branch and meet the receptionist there.
