Whatever they are paying the chef they need to pay them more. Honestly the food is phenomenal every time I come here. They do an amazing mix of flavours that you would think would work but is so delicious. The special of corn and zucchini fritters - to day for! Please make it a permanent addition to the menu. My partner stole some off my plate

What a hidden Gem!
I really like the Falafel devil egg, so special and seasoning is great.
Saute Mushroom and pulled lamb is nice too.
Food is even better than some so-called 'Internet famous' brunch places.

I can say is the best coffee the area and I drink 3 per day ah ah ah. Nice atmosphere and great staff.

I have one of my favourite salads from this place, they make me love eating my veggies because of the flavours! Repeat customer, food is always beautifully seasoned, and every ingredient intentionally placed on the plate, I LOVE coming back here! Never take the salmon salad off the menu pls

Staff are consistently friendly, food is decent, and the atmosphere is pleasant. It can get a little noisy (sometimes too noisy for a decent convo), but the trick is to sit outside. Not too keen on the sloped steps getting down to the cafe though.

Ok, nice creative menu but the dishes aren’t executed correctly. The blt was really bready the brioche bun wasn’t right it would’ve been better on sourdough and the bacon was really fatty. The burger was really dry and the onion chutney was really sweet and vinegary without being able to taste any onion and overpowered everything else on the burger. Coffee was good. We arrived and we’re sitting down looking at the brunch menu for about 10 minutes at 11: 45 when they came over to say that they stopped serving brunch and we needed to look at the lunch menu, that’s fine but would’ve been nice to know earlier

Food was fast and friendly staff. Local loves this place. It is sunken below ground so no sunlight.

They spent 5 minutes of my time to cook my banana bread on a grill and get grease oil all over it

The spring field was really awesome. I have been visiting this place for takeaway coffee and sandwiches. Today, I dined in for lunch and this dish was really awesome, loved the beetroot hummus and pickled pineapples added!

This cafe was a delightful surprise! My MIL and I had a spontaneous lunch it and it was spectacular. We had salads and a burger and coffee. All which were delicious, and what topped it off was the outstanding service. This cafe charmed mg MIL so much she has now taken her husband and her son to try it out.

I frequently get their sandwiches takeaway with a side of chips. One of the best chips on the area with the chipotle sauce and the sandwiches are pretty good as well.

Wooden whisk was outstanding. I ordered sandwiches, fruit platters and wraps for a lunch function. It was great. High quality. Friendly service. Chef delivered the food and he had such a good attitude. Thank you Wooden Whisk for making my function a success. Highly recommended! A big thank you!

Average food and poor service, they throw the food at you? The takeaway is convenient due to location. However, I would not sit in, it is quite cramp and humid as its part underground. Better cafes a short walk away.

We ordered a Cappuccino, Kids Strawberry Milkshake, Classic B. L. A. T with Hashbrown on the side, and a Pulled Pork Sandwich. The coffee wasn’t the best I’ve ever had but the food was good. We paid a total of Aud $50.50 which was worthy of the food.

Such a great place, staff and service is good. I go there weekly for a gluten free toasted sandwich and iced chai, which are always made to perfection.

Excellent breakfast spot! Bustling vibe with friendly staff. The place was packed and they found us a space and our food and drinks came out really fast. The quality of the food was spectacular, best scrambled eggs ever. Coffee was so good my wife ordered one to go on the way out!

I love this little cafe! The coffee is wonderful and the staff are cheery, it's my favourite spot to sit on a rainy day as the atmosphere is perfect. Need to come back to try the food!
