The best coffee, the best people. The beans are always fresh. They don't muck around with orders, my coffee arrives quick smart every time, and I've never had an issue. The beans we're loving at the moment are the Columbia washed.absolute gold. The Peru beans are also amazing.

Delivered to me interstate and an exceptional product, we consume "calm before the storm" a great blend that satisfies ;-)

I tried the coffee because I wanted to know if the wood smoking would make a noticeable difference and i have to say it really does and i really liked it.
I tried the mixed tasting set (not what it is called) and enjoyed them all and will order from them again.

I have bought coffee from the Wood Roaster for over 6 years and never been disapointed with the quality.
I have a few favourite blends however all are really good.
The roasting process seems to really extract a great flavour from the coffee without bitterness, something I have not really managed with other brands that I have tried from time to time.
My wife and I drink different coffees, Cappuccino's and double shot espressos.
With the same blend I can manage to make a great coffee to suit us both by altering the dose, pre infusion and shot time.
Other companies recommend a blend for milk drinks for example however the process Wood Roasters uses seems to really pull out the flavours and not the bitterness.
Great work guys.

Tried a few blends and each of them was exceptional, great unique flavour and richness. The aroma is indulging and the way the packaging and delivery was done shows they love making the coffee as much as we love drinking it. Its much better than the more readily available brands, not sure why I didn't get to know about Wood Roaster before. Full marks.

Visited The Wood Roaster today and had a fantastic discussion with Mel about all things coffee. Mel took time out of her busy day to chat and give me a few pointers to make my coffee experience even more enjoyable. Like all the staff I have encountered here they are passionate about coffee and are always happy to discuss different types of beans and flavours. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic coffee and customer service. They went out of their way to correct a mistake made by the courier so that I was not left without my coffee. On the subject of coffee, theirs is AMAZING!

EXCELLENT customer service, and of course, EXCELLENT coffee! I have to say I've been nothing but impressed with The Wood Roaster.

Firstly, the coffee is great (of course)! They come with little cards that contain the beans in the blend, their suggested espresso recipe, and a little background info about that coffee. I haven't seen this much elsewhere but it's a nice touch!

Secondly, we had an issue with our order (our fault) so we wrote them an email and we had a reply literally within 5 minutes, and this was well outside business hours! The issue was sorted extremely quickly and both parties were happy.

Lastly, they are excellent value! Not only are the coffees themselves very reasonably priced but there's free shipping on orders over $40.
