10Good for normal day use but thanks for wasting my time on Saturday opening hours say 7 am sat out the front for half an hour Ended up having to go to Bunnings would’ve rather slept in
Been dealing with this company for many years and I have to say Frank's Knowledge and service is amazing and Phil's after hour service is great, overall a great bunch of guys working there. If only there were more companies out there that provided the same, a lot can be learnt!

Great place. I've been a customer for years and they have always delivered. The price of their hardware is very competitive and certainly a lot better than the likes of Bunnings and Mitre 10.

Good customer service with staff approaching me and asking if I needed any help, not the other way round. They didn't ask for minimum spend of $25 like Konnect did, that's just ridiculous, I was just after two sets of nuts and bolts. Would recommend WDS.
Not satisfied with the quality of products or services provided. Inefficient and shows no interest in doing business or looking after customers. I would suggest they also train their employees on how to use an indicator when driving especially when you have your company logo plastered all over the vehicle. Just shows how careless you are and no consideration to others not only on the road but probably when it comes to service as well.
Experienced staff at sales desk, always happy to help no matter the quantity being purchased. Quality products and also open half day Saturday.have recommend wds to numerous business contacts and will continue to do so.
These guys are the best you will find for customer service, nothing is a hassle no fuss no stress just service the way it SHOULD be! I would not go elsewhere. Not to mention price & quality. WDS will look after you!
