I just wanted to say a big thank you for everyone’s patience and help on Saturday afternoon when I came in with my daughter who needed a last minute outfit to a “S” themed party. She was having a little breakdown (or big, whatever lol) and the staff were so amazing in trying to calm her and do whatever they could to help her find something she was happy with so she could go to the party. Thanks again, she made it to the party and ended up having a great time!

I was shocked with how much stuff was in here when I entered! Things I didn't even know existed. Staff were very helpful, we just told them the party theme and they did the rest! So many things, in a variety of sizes!

Was so pleased with this place. They helped my girlfriend and I choose out a costume in only 30 minutes and the amount of different options was insane. They have thousands of top notch items there. The staff were friendly as, were extremely knowledgeable regarding what heroes and what villains wore what clothing and/or accessories etc. They seemed to know every single item in the shop and didn’t pressure us to hurry up at all. Very happy ladies of Wardrobe Costumier’s very happy.

So impressed with the service and creativity of the staff here. Came in with a pretty obscure character and they went really out of their way to put together a pretty spot on costume (even adding details onto items they already have). Would definitely recommend.

They have so many costumes! I wish I came her before for all my dress up events! Highly recommend! I am holding my bridal shower at home and doing a Bridgerton themed high tea! And am in love with their outfits!

Staff are always so helpful and there is a plethora of wonderful clothing and props to choose from.

The staff here are the best part of this awesome space but the costumes come a close second. Great variety, clean garments with everything you can imagine. Everyone is so helpful and are absolutely engaged in making you look the part.

A huge range of good quality Costumes! We used the Costumes for Carols in the Domain, they were exactly what we needed!

Good selection of costumes, but customer service was terrible. Admittedly, it was only one of them and she was just miserable and had absolutely no idea. Other staff appeared to be not only helpful, but friendly as well

I don't normally write reviews but had such a bad experience with service that I feel the need to. I drove 40 minutes to go and look at this shop. I needed an outfit for my 50th party in November so have been looking at different hire shops to find my outfit. Staff member was quite rude telling me it was way too early to be looking and that basically if I chose something it probably wouldnt still be at the shop. She showed me the selection which was quite large but told me that I shouldnt leave the clothes on the floor or throw them over the railings. Her manner was quite rude. Is this really how they talk to customers? Despite this, I chose several outfits and asked her where the change rooms were. She told me that they dont have any and that you get changed between the racks. There were a few people there including some males. I tried one outfit over my clothes and spoke to another sales women. When I mentioned to her my surprise about not having a change room she got quite aggressive telling me that if they had changerooms no one would ever get a chance to try them on as they were so busy.
I was actually referred to this shop by another clothes hire shop, who had many change rooms and despite me not hiring from them, had amazing, friendly, helpful and professional staff! I highly recommend "Fancy that Costumes! "

Horrible customer service! Went in today to have a look at a costume for an Arabian themed party and was told that there were 'lots' of Arabian themed costumes. When we arrived we were shown a small rack of a few different coloured coin scarfs. Costumes looked old with threads hanging off most of them and seems coming undone. One of the staff members told us that we were 'not her priority' because our function wasn't until February. She made us feel very unwelcome and was extremely rude ad said that she would not help us with anything today. Complete waste of time, I would not go back for any costume ever.
