Fantastic laundry, big machines for our doona and designated pet machine for the doggy blanket. Love the smell of the detergent. Helpful response from owner on my questions.

Went and did my laundry for the first time at the tumble club on Tuesday night and highly recommend this location! There was a lovely gentleman staff member cleaning the floors and he was very friendly and helpful. I don’t normally use laundromats as I have my own laundry appliances at home however I had some large bulky items that needed laundering and it was such an easy inexpensive fast experience! A few days later and my laundry still smells fresh and amazing! 100% recommend!

Great facilities, the owner was super helpful with questions I had when calling. I will continue to use tumble club into the future.

Good size machines to wash large doonas used 6 machines and 3 dryers and all done in les than an hour

Tonight spent $19 on a tumble dryer that didn’t even work. Couldn’t use another dryer for my money. Very unhappy

Took a client to wash their blanket, unfortunately the machine we chose didn't want to spin (our fault for not picking a more heavy duty machine as we wanted to use our own detergent) but Stuart was super helpful and fixed it straight away for free

Amazing experience, cheap and good service, went in dirty, spun me right round and now squeaky clean (plus smelling amazing)

I like this place.
1. Clean and tidy.
2. Detergent and softener are provided automatically in the washing machines.
3. Separate washing machines for sensitive skin related matters, where you can use your own detergents.
4. Separate machine for Pet
5. Big and small machine complying with your requirements.

In and out in under an hour!
Very easy to use, large machines that you can do your entire washing and dry it in less than an hour! Always clean and the clothes come out smelling great!
Very responsive to feedback and any issues!

You can pay via card instead of having to find heaps of gold coin.

They also provide detergent and fabric softener if you don't have any and they are open 24 hours.

Great place, very efficient way to wash and dry clothes, especially when it's raining and can't dry on clothesline. Always clean.

Every time I go there the card reader will not read my card its quiet frustrating. Not everyone is running around paying for things on there phone

I used the Tumble Club at Kotara for the first time yesterday, for a big load of sheets and towels. It was brilliant! Easy to use, washed really clean and fresh and all dry in one 25-minute drying cycle. All up it took me under an hour to get it all done. The premises is really clean and well-maintained. Love it and will be back!

Dryer died and desperately needed washing done. Super user friendly and the pet machines are an extra bonus!

Been using for a while now, very easy to use and not priced over the top, one of the touch screens was not working and it got fixed up immediately and only happend once.

Told the owner and operator that the dryer wasn't working he said he would refund my money and a week later he won't respond to messages or give back my money

It was machine 25 that didn't work- I wasted not only my money but my time on this machine. As you will see in your CCTV images I put my load in and left to do some errands. When I arrived back my load was still damp. I assumed it needed more time so I paid for another load. I waited around this time and lucky I did because it came up with an error code (you also seemed aware that this machine is known to have an issue by your instruction to use the machines up the other end of the shop). I put my load in 24 which I have paid for and you kindly credited me the use of 17 and 18 which smaller machines and cost $6 each but as you will be aware that means I am still out of pocket $12
You may not have any interest in taking my money but you don't seem too bothered about holding on to it or responding to my messages which is what I find extremely poor form! On the phone you said that you would refund my money but your actions show that you have zero integrity in honoring your word. You have finally contacted me today after this review and said you will refund me! I won't hold my breath, return to tumble or recommend you to anyone!

Great place to wash clothes. Always clean and lots of machines so even when busy can get a machine.
