Clean, tidy, clear instructions, up to date facilities (paywave etc). Love the fact it includes detergent for travellers not carrying any!
Would be good to see some powerpoints or charging banks available while waiting inside for my washing to complete its cycles.

I love the convenience of having 24hr access. I can pop in early morning and get my washing started before I go for a walk and it’s ready to be collected when I’m done. Now that efficiency.
Who says men can’t multitask?

The only negative thing I’ve found is the preset drying time, they need to be a little longer.
Small or large loads, using the high heat setting, the item come out feeling a bit damp.
Then I have to decide wether to spend more money and time on another dry cycle, or take the damp clothes home and hang them around the house to finish drying.

If you have the space to dry your clothes at home it may be a better option.

What a great find! Our machine died and we were able to go straight down to The Tumble Club and get our things washed in less than 30 minutes. The pay by phone option was really handy. A great facility to have in our neighbourhood!

Very handy for my work clothes as my wife doesn’t want me to put them in our washing machine at home as they get very dirty working in the mining industry and great prices

Always happy with the Tumble Club. They even have the bigger machine with faster spin cycle to dry your clothes quicker. Was lucky enough to meet the owners and they have me a tumble club laundry bag! 11/10 and saves money on power and water!

They've also got a sign that says use green machines for auto detergents and red for adding your own- its the other way around. They've not noticed

No public toilet within quick walking distance.

Amazing laundry experience! There is a table to sit and connect over wifi to get some work done while the laundry is getting done. However, you may have to call the provided number at shop to access wifi.

I've been using The Tumble Club on Darby St for years now. Handles my weekly work clothes wash and gets rid of the majority of grit and grime for the next week. Open, available, plenty of machines. Appropriate for the cost

I was very impressed by my first visit to Tumble Club, Cooks Hill. Very efficient machines - my selected machine could do a 30 minute cycle with great wash results.

Well lit, clean, easy to use and fast. My only problem was I couldn't find the WiFi password to use the free WiFi.

I use Cooks Hill often and have never had any issues. Venue is clean and dryers are very quick and easy to use.

It’s hard to find a good self serve laundromat these days. Have visited the Tumble Club multiple times, at all sites, and love it every time! Plenty of machines, the system is easy to use, and the place is always spotless! Cook Hill was always great, I could put my washing on, duck up the street to Harris Farm for groceries, and my laundry would be done by the time I got back! Kotara is nearby shops and cafes, always able to get a park, drop my laundry offC run errands, pop back and put it in a dryer, and run more errands! Now I’m in the Valley, my go to, is Gillieston Heights, and it’s still amazing. Layout is great, space is perfect. And I don’t feel like I need to rush. I always recommend this company’s laundromat whenever someone asks for advice! Will always be a loyal customer

I have used both cooks hill and Kotara Tumble Club and I love the convenience of the locations. The environment is always so beautiful with cleanliness maintained to an incredibly high standard. Being open 24/7 is something that is such a blessing for as shift worker.
The most impressive thing about TC is that you can pay with card! Which takes all the hassle out of having to have coins and so you are able to just go there and get the washing done without any worries. Detergent dispensing machines is even an option too which makes life even easier. I’ll definitely be telling all my friend. Thanks for the great service you provide.

Why pay the exorbitant hotel prices when you can visit The Tumble Club which is conveniently located close to everything in Newcastle.

The greatest attributes about this awesome business are the convenience of wave or tap pay meaning no coins required, lots of washing and drying machines, security cameras, and the great shopping and dining a few minutes away.
