The Tea Centre Kotara reviews
7 I've been trying to convert myself to tea as I'm a coffee addict (the first step is admitting you have a problem). I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the lovely ladies who helped me and offered me coffee-to-tea-conversion tea suggestions which were just spot on, so tasty and go well with milk or without. First tea I've had where I didn't feel like it was missing something.
Also got this super pretty mug that is just perfect for coffee or tea.
Will be back!
Tried to return a gift pack lady said its against health regulations. Like I spiked it and returned it pls.
They get tea from round the world who knows what u are getting.
Well it must be a money thing because your well trained team member said I could exchange.
How is that not a health concern?
Pretty epic place on the north shore. Great fresh look after many years of the corn kernel yellow! Drop on in to try some tea. If you like high quality tea from around the world, this is the main stop for you!
As always the staff are really friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Great quality tea. As always. If I could give this place a 10 I would.
I've bought from the Tea Centre for years now. They have a good selection which is more likely to suit the serious tea drinker than T2. They also have a changing range of teapots, cups, and accessories. I've found the staff very pleasant and helpful, but there can be a wait at times because it's a small shop with only one or two people serving. They have some good gift packs for special occasions.
Very reasonably priced and a great range of local tea. Avoid the tourist traps and go here.
We came into your Kotara Store today so we could buy a Mother's Day gift. There was a staff member free to serve us but she continued to fix a small display of mugs only one metre away from us. She didn't acknowledge us, offer any service or even look at us. She then went and stood behind the Till while the manager served another customer. When I walked towards the Till to engage her, to purchase a gift, she stepped into a staff only area out of view. VERY POOR SERVICE.
