9Friendly and knowledgeable store manager (knows ingredients before rechecking on the information card) nice tea tastings (tea was served at the right temperature) and great product (repeat purchase of cream black tea bought 5 years ago). Tea is on the pricier side but flavours keep well over the years. Not as busy as city store which allows some discussion about tea.
A large selection of tea and very well informed, friendly staff. A nice blend of traditional and modern tea wares. My first stop for flavoured teas.
The staff at The Tea Centre know their tea. You'll find a great selection of premium tea. Very friendly staff and excellent customer service.

I popped in this morning with an idea for a Christmas present for my girlfriend. I left with a great gift I am sure she will love. I also left with a new found desire to know all I can about the world of Tea! The service was outstanding and the passion and knowledge about the product was exceptional! I find it very rare to get service of this level and if I still lived locally I would be back to try every tea in the store! Thank you, i cant wait for christmas so i can sample the present for myself!

The service was amazing, I learnt so much about tea in my short visit. Truely knowledgable and dedicated staff. I bought tea at close to half the price of the "competitior" and am amazed at how far above they stand in quality, Honestly worth the visit! I'll be back!
